Having suremdm on warehouse scanners is one thing but the amount out information the app wants access to is absolutely ridiculous

I needed to set up kiosk mode for my business devices. After trying a few companies I decided to go with 42gears and i am so happy i did it. Their products and prices are the best, but the other amazing thing they offer is the customer service support. I have already used them loads of time and they are always very patient and knowledgeable. I totally recommend them!!!

I have been using this App now for over a year, we now have nearly 300 devices on this, and use it daily (with Surelock). Other than a few hiccups with Android 9 OS upgrades, it has worked seamlessly. Support is virtually instant, and informed. Certainly comes recommended, after trying a number of competitive solutions, the best deal and functions was with SureMDM.

If you are looking for an app and management panel to control your staff and ur business, suremdm is the best one. I checked almost all of the kiosk locks available in Google play and purchased most of them to try which one is good or not. Surelock is the better that all of them can tell 100% sure. The amount of features it gives u is so far more than others. Also the support team is doing wonderful. A asked for help several times and they are fast, patient, expert and always online.

Great system and great tech support. We use this system for our clients and their many, many partners. It functions very well and is relatively easy to learn. When I had an issue I could not solve, tech support jumped on a call, resolved the issue, and introduced me to new resources

I have been using SureMDM overmatched year and it has been a great asset along with Surelock for a fleet of tablets. it's very easy to use and configure. if you have any problems or questions the support is fantastic they answer they chat almost immediately in fact I worked with a tech named Nelson today who helped me fix a licensing problems went flawlessly great product can't say enough would definitely recommend anybody running mobile devices they need to manage and lockdown.

I've attempted to trial this software twice on different hardware the developers claim is compatible. Its NOT compatible with Android 5.1.1 as they claimed & I had to download legacy software. I registered the devices & waited for 24 hrs.. When I then went back to the server it stated the devices were offline & when I checked the apps on the devices (running 2 different versions) they failed to open. I've now received duplicated incoherent calls/emails from staff but absolutely no solution!

I knew I needed to lockdown users access on mobles/tablets, but Androids native child mode was not enough. Surelock gives me variable control of apps for different authority levels. Always used remote Windows desktop support, but just love not having to request keyboard control. This way I also confirm that distributed updates really look like I intended - and can work in quiet periods. Support has been 100%. No ads.

I've used this MDM on and off for several years on a bunch of devices, and it's really quite great. Very easy to use, reliable, and I love the remote-support/control feature which is hard to find on mobile devices. Easy to push out new applications. I prefer SureMDM over Cisco Meraki's MDM which I have 100 licenses for free.

I have implemented one of the industry leading EMM solutions and have excellent working knowledge on it. Based on my experience, This is one of the best MDM products in the market. It is easy to implement and administrate. Dash board is user friendly and feature are good. Coming to the support, technical team acknowledges the issues immediately. My honest rating to this product is 3.5 because there are few areas require improvements.

We were new to MDM. I installed SureMDM and was able to setup most of it in my own. When I got to a point where I needed assistance. There internal chat feature is awesome. I had answers in seconds. They could even transfer me in that chat to some that could help in a different dept. I have no regrets so far. The GUI is very simple to use. We were with Verizon MDM for about 2 weeks. Once I seen I couldn't get any support, we canceled and found this. Great product 42Gears!!!

Our company has been using Suremdm for a few years or so now. It is a fantastic product, allows us to control and locate devices in the field with ease. The support at 42grears is great too, very quick to respond and assist when required. Thoroughly recommended.

over 1,300 licenses with the 42 gears team, they have consistently assisted us in reaching our goals, we could not have done this without their partnership. This product will make your life easier and allow you to control all of your mobile devices. Their customer service and technical support is responsive and extremely helpful, I would recommend the NIX product to anybody who needs a MDM we also use their other products surefox and sure lock and they integrate with Nix seamlessly.

Best application for kiosk management. Tech team is really helpful also with Nelson being a huge help I'm my case, couldn't have got it all set-up without him. Super simple platform with lots of functionality. Fair pricing also. Would highly recommend so far!

Works as promised. Simple installation, clear user interface, fast response, very powerful and very reliable. The price is also very reasonable, and the support is excellent. This is the best of the applications I trialed, and I'm glad I bought it.

Testing 42Gears apps with SureMDM for my enterprise employer. Just an excellent product, with very helpful support. It allows for more control than I thought it would. Being able to access the devices screens is a blessing. Five stars, recommended.

We have 200+ mobile devices on the MDM and works great. its a life saver when you need to update apps or settings on a lot of devices. support is also great(i spoke to Nelson) when needing help on configuring certain scripts.

Great app and support at a competitive cost. Allows for dual mobile and Wi-Fi access for testing and screen viewing. Very responsive support from Biswa who helped immediately with a small glitch.

Great program and service. We use this program to control our employee tablets, locking certain features out like streaming services and doing remote fixes if the tablet would freeze or have some other issue. Works very well!

We just purchased 40 Samsung Tab A’s and after over 4 years of using 42 Gears and their NIX agent I was able to seamlessly install NIX on them successfully. With all the new advancements and upgrades 42 Gears has done I did have to call in and speak with their support department and ask them a question. I spoke to Sunil and he was able to answer my questions and get me going within a matter of minutes. I found out I was not using all the features that come with SureLock and thanks to Sunil, I now know they are there and just made my job even more easier! THANK YOU SUNIL!!!!!!!!! This software is GREAT, Easy to use! It is A.L.O.T less expensive then the other MDM solutions out there that have only 1/2 of the features that NIX and SureLock has.. If you are looking for a Professional service and support (when you need it) and a TRUE MDM solution company - CALL 42 GEARS!!!!

Awesome app, this app makes you to control your device or app in a single click. You can handle as many device from remotely. Really cool app. For iOS device its cool to use, where as in Android little struggle is there. But that is avoidable.

It allowed me to manage many android tablets in the field. Support was very helpful as well. I have used multiple 42 gears products but it is nice to see it all come together in this suite.

This is a very a complete MDM solution. We use this system for management of 200 Android tablets. Does whatever we need to do, and functionality missing have been created for us quickly. Only negative is Licensing. combination of Subscription and Perpetual and not alligned renawal periods after extending the number of Licenses makes Our Admin work a bit more painful.

Great system for remote control and deployment of apps. Fantastic support from all the 42Gears staff. If you need to control or deploy apps to remote devices this is the ideal solution.
