Pretty poor at it's core competency. i.e. taking a photo of a receipt to submit is frustrating everytime for an app deployed in 2019. option 1: use the camera from the app--can't change any settings, though, and the app defaults to my phone's wide angle camera. option 2: select a file from photos--this only let's you use a picture from your gallery so you can't upload electronic receipts or pictures from a better file scanning app such as CamScanner.
Doesn't save photos to your phone after submitting. The FSA denies claims asking more documents and it'd be nice to have saved these photos. Also autofill does not work well at all with this app. The screen wigs out filling out the forms for payee.
Just doesn't seem to work. I've tried multiple times over several days and it can not obtain an connection. The Error is: unable to establish connection please check your network and try again. I removed and reinstalled.
This app is very handy! I can look at any time what my balance is and have had to submit 2 claims, the first one came in a timely fashion and I just filed the second.
Terrible app. Terrible company. Why does it take over a week to get my money. Would not recommend unless you enjoy wasting time, and being frustrated everytime you attempt to use this app
Can't send photo reciepts. Keeps telling me there's an error. This app needs to be fixed.
I love how easy it is to view my balance on the app so I always know how much money is available in my account. I can do everything I need to do right from the app.

Awful app and company. Dysfunctional in most aspects.
Biggest drawback is that you can't upload receipts from your phone. Why? You can only take pictures. Needs work.
Trying to upload a picture of a receipt but keep getting an error message. Terrible website, app is somehow worse.
Had this app for over a year and it has never worked. I can't get logged in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting my password multiple times and it never works on the app.
Newest update allows dependent care claims to be filed, love the app. Super easy to use and easy to upload receipts.
App does not work at all on my phone and surency can't seem to find what the problem is... I have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried everything Surency wants me to do and they just say they don't know why it doesn't work. I have just a normal Samsung Note 3 from Verizon not rooted or anything else unusual...
The app listed in the store as Surency Flex. But being installed under completely different nondestructive name Benefits. If you don't now that you can't add it to the screen, uninstall or do anything really. Very annoying. Please rename the installation name. March 2022 update: Now I can't find any way to upload required document. I can see note that document update is required but no link to actually browse or use camera to upload.
