The reason why I gave this app 5 star is because of the fact it was working good before and stop all of a sudden but I found a solution you have to go to the Web browser Google and then you will be able to log in with your user and your password directly Don't get mad find a solution.
Fingerprint authentication is enabled, but always fails to log in. Employees can do and see very little from the app, making it a waste of space on my device.
App never updates. Fingerprint scanner doesn't work hasn't worked in forever.
Worked Great, but now every time I try and log in it crashes and closes. Please fix this!
This is not employee-friendly. Can't log in, and I have to ask my employer (who is extremely busy and isnt always available) to reset my password. I've already had to ask him to do it once, and I don't want to do it again. Make this user friendly for all parties involved and I might consider giving it a better review.
Unable to login to account. Send emails to question why. No response. Today able to open no information logs me out for my own security five times. Try to send another email logs me out for my security. My recommendation do not use this service.
I the app is ok. Need more user interface option. Also I continue to have problems with my fingerprint to unlock the app.
No issue at all. I mean all you guys complained come from a year ago. I think they updated because its working perfectly fine for me.
Stopped working, I am employer and when I called sure payroll they said they k ow there is issue however not eta on when it will work again. Their solution was to use we page from computer or phone browser.
Keep crashing after few days of use. Only need to make the app usable but couldn't do it, what's wrong this company.

Everyone with finger print issues!!! Clear the data for sure payroll in app settings, and than it should work! Mine did

worked great on my samsung s 8+.. Got new Note 9 and it won't let me use fingerprint and keeps locking me out. Help
I need copies of my paystubs for AHCCS Healthcare and I am unable to access them by clicking checks and finding dates. The only one that is open is the last check i received. I called your office, was put on hold for 20 minutes, just to be told that you cannot help employees, only employers. This has caused me delay past the deadline for health insurance for 2020!!!
It stopped working after the latest update and it doesn't let me log in !!

This app used to be great...had no issues. Then they updated it and ever since it won't let me sign in...either with my password or fingerprint...it just stops. Tried calling several times and they did nothing. Told me to contact my employer. Did that and had to change my password twice and it still isn't letting me login.Thanks for no help. To find out my paycheck amount I now have to call my bank or ask my employer. Why can't you fix your app? This is not my doing.
