This app is a clunky mess. Needs a total overhaul. Doesn't show you gross pay in the confirmation screen, freezes up frequently, choosing hours other than regular time requires a separate page... It'll get you by in a pinch, but otherwise it's pretty unacceptable.
does the job but the performance is terrible. Crashes every time you try to use fingerprint login and crashes about 75% of the time you enter your credentials. Its kind of a mess.
I can't log into the app at all. It crashes Everytime or just times out --- even after I uninstall and reinstall it. When I can use the app, it's great. But otherwise, it's useless.
Was great for about a year or so, but then it crashes to the point that make it useless. Takes longer to load than actually doing the payroll manually. I haven't seen an update since late 2019 so blaming Covid-19 is not an option
When i can log in it works fine but the app keeps crashing and i have to reinstall each week. This problem started a few months ago. Was fine before that.
I like the simplicity and intuitive design of the app. As a first time enterprenuer, this company helped relieved me immensely from monthly administrative overhead by just few clicks.
While the rest of the world has gotten back on their feet, SurePayroll's service just gets worse and worse... Chat and callback times of several hours are typical and any email responses take several days (if any response at all) and completely fail to address the issue. Today, after thinking I'd hit the lottery with a projected hold time of only 10 minutes, I ended being on hold for nearly an hour. To add insult, the "Award Winning Customer Care Team" representative then picked up the phone, laughed, and hung up. Switching payroll services is such a pain in the neck, but it's looking like switching would be far easier in the long run.
the password protection is hearty but i jave come to apprciate that. the overall platform is pretty simple and has helped us the last 2 1/2 years without too many troubles.
I like using the app. But be careful NOT to touch (unless needed) the pay by check. I did that once and it was a nightmare trying to repair that mistake.
I'm not too tech savvy so I needed something user friendly. This is a really good app. Can't say notin bad about it. Really easy and convenient
Crashes everytime I attempt to log in with my fingerprint reader. Intermittent cery slow login with regular username and password. Otherwise, it's ok.
Can't believe how easy and user friendly this app is. Surprisingly simple. It's easier to run payroll from the app than the PC.
Doesn't work. Crashes using fingerprint or password. Was great when it used to work. Uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't worked.
Crashes constantly, wonky interface (although that may be because of the crash-buginess) I'm on a new s10e, so not like I'm using an old phone here....
Just started using the app and it works just fine. Keep in mind when filling out the form, if you're paying employees hourly, you put in the amount of hours in the line that says "regular."
Tried other payroll apps and this one is super easy and had one agent assigned to me to walk through everything. I'm using it for household employees. No problems at all.
For the last two weeks the app has been crashing. I've sent feedback on multiple occasions and received no response.
This app is non functional. The advice from customer was to uninstall app and then reinstall it. It still will not recognize a user. You must use the web version.
App no longer functional. Please address! Part of why I chose your service was the availability of this app to manage from mobile devices.
The online version is much easier to use. I wish the app were equally convenient.
Keeps shutting down, If you try to use fingerprint log in, the app gets corrupted and becomes useless
1 star for the very poor customer service. Different groups within their customer service and banking departments do not talk to each other. Can create issues that you are left responsible for.
Since the latest update, that doesn't work anymore It crashes at login please fix using latest Android with Google Pixel 3a
App used to work. Cant even login now...after 6 weeks of attempts, including uninstall reinstall
App just hangs up and times out.... Unable to run payroll.... I thought that was the whole point of the app?

App wil not open. Tried multiple devices. 1 star for app but 5 for company. I run payroll on laptop but an app would be nice.
The app crashes all the time at login during password. I tried adding my thumbprint and it still crashes every time. Basically this app is non-functional. I wish I could give it zero stars.
