Great idea, awesome customer support, but due to messages can only be sent for free, if both sides match with each other, it fails. The owner offers you a 3 day premium for free, which was great to swipe through all the guys, however it looks like all profiles have been abandoned long ago. I just got 2 replies - one spam and one from an other country. Until you can text someone without premium, I don't see a lot of chances for this app

After, many technical issues. It's good to see the people behind this app being some of the nicest people. While, it was worry some that the apps false reporting, weird messaging bugs, and minor hiccups . When, surge works it's great. When, it doesn't . You may worry your account may get deleted for really no reason. Which, can happen on any app to be honest . I find surge to be one of my most used social apps. An I hope the app continues to improve over time.

The app is very easy to use and has a well designed layout, but I feel its missing some features for a premium service, for eg. There are no search options, just a grindr style swipe system, organised automatically by distance. You also have to upgrade to see who liked you. I think this is wrong because you have to pay to see their pic, even if you might not like them in return. Better to have free likes, and the option to upgrade to message the people you like in return in my opinion.

I do like this application. It's simplistic and modern; however, it does not require you to verify your profile to start doing anything. It was the first thing I did, but most other people do not and that, as a result, allows everyone to have pictures of their dogs or some anime as their profile picture. This obviously makes it rather difficult to tell of you like the user or want to pass.

Truly nothing but positives to give. Very easy to maneuver and no having to rely on chat rooms asking for pictures of people. As a matter of fact, I have found my love who is all I could ever ask for and sooo much more!!! NUFF' SAID!!! WELL, that love didn't turn out as hoped. My options are still open as are my anatomical abilities and needs! Really enjoy the updates to the app!!!

This app makes no sense at all. How are you supposed to start a conversation with a person that likes you when you have to pay to know who liked you. Some of us don't feel like paying $4.99 just to see who swiped ✔️ on us. You have the audacity to make us pay to start a conversation on someone who liked us when we can't view that person's profile. Maybe instead of charging people unnecessarily, put ads in the app, so it's free with ads. Only a 3-day trial too.

I hate you Martin... you've made my experience WORSE by offering to help, then literally saying nothing. At this point, I'm pretty sure you're a customer service BOT. Either way, I'm blocking you and ANYONE from surge who messages me. I'll just email the support team next time instead of assuming this random team member of surge, who messaged me, would actually help. Figured out where the stuff I was looking for was, thanks for nothing absolutely Martin..............

These guys deserve an A1 rating their customer service is right on time . The members seem to be far above the types you find on Grindr I would know I just left there. It took a minute to get aclamated to the site but after getting used to it it's very easy to navigate. I'm telling everyone I know to come here don't get discouraged at first they are still growing it gets busier everyday. This will be my new on line order in shopping site I haven't had my first encounter but the menu is very NICE

App is full of rentboys or it matches you with guys 1000 miles away. Free service is basically useless to see who likes you so to use it properly you have to pay. Customer service is good until you bring up these issues and then they go silent. They give you a whopping 3 day trial period though. Deleted.

Lost all my likes, unsubscribing right now. Subscribed not even a week in, everything works well but then suddenly two days ago I lost all my likes, when people like me, I can't even see who they are, the interface simply saying "Likes Coming Soon", this is worst then before I paid for the subscription, when I click the contact section in the app, no email shows up. I am so done with this, canceling my subscription now.

I had used your app with no issues. but soon after a lair hater came on got me taalking a bit then asked to go over to telegram chat server as we continued our chat and cant find help to fix or elieviate the issue of the hater very dismayed and concerned any help would be possible.

Its amazing, the surge team is really nice, the user interface is easy to work with, and the people on here are nice!

Great app so far love the simplicity of using the app to meet new people and so far no adds😋 just wish screen could rotate as i strugle with a broken touchpad to type some letters therefore i cant really chat on the app

Very easy to use apps, simple and straight forward, no frills. You can meet many new friends and perhaps even bump into some old ones.

These past 2 days of using this app has been overwhelming yet exciting too. The features help me to understand and navivate better. The option of not revealing your likes is mysteripus yet kind of annoying hahaha

I was on here for 5 minutes and I already deleted it. It's the same people on every single profile and you're only allowed to send one message one message. You can't read any messages from anybody unless you upgrade and I am not going to pay for a site to get the same exact people that are on Grindr and scruff and all the other ones why should I waste my time and money thank you

Great app, very user friendly absolutely love it. I had a small issue that was on my end and the wonderful customer service helped me out right away!

It's a pretty good app the pay wall is not bad it's just you need to have your range up in you live in a smaller town.

Great experience so far. Tons of nearby people, the app design looks clean, it's easy to use, and the "my history" feature is a great idea.

Horrible every one wants money and personal information Then when you say you cant they get mad and tell you never contact them. It seems to me this site is a set up for scams. Beware set up for scams. I will report site Dont use it.

Once u get premium the app is 10 times better than grindr. No glitches not buggy at all and people don't play games on here. Much more easier to get around. Only thing is if u don't buy the premium u can't chat with folks unless it's match

This app is very easy and very simple, I have used many apps before but none of them have the simple and easy navigation capability, in fact this app needs to be further developed but this simple and easy is not lost
