This is a very good game, and sure, you have to get used to the controls, but once you get used to then you can fluently play around with whatever you want. Also, for those who complain about the lack of instructions, I think its fun and satisfying to figure it out yourself, but if you must have instructions, im pretty sure you can find them on the Ipad thingy. This game is a pretty good port of the PC game, and I think that if you don't have a PC, ans want this game, its worth 5 bucks.
I have played this version on a freind's device which everyrthing work normally on it but when i purchesed the game on my device it does'nt register when i attempt to give Bob the inhalent, the defibulator charge button and i think the doctor who acheivement is bugged because i placed the new heart with the old one still connected to the veins but maybe some of the designers or software designers that worked on this mobile version could implement the brain surgery and the space operations
Two finger controls are completely broken on Samsung Galaxy S10e. They work intermittently but sometimes in the weong direction. It makes the game completely unplayable.
I like it I really do but for some reason it asks to make and manage phone calls? I dont have a phone, and i cant think of why you need to do that. I really want to play the game but it wont let me unless I click allow
I think that this game should be updated where you can go online and play co op with your friends and family. Plus there should be more levels and more diffent people and tools. Please make this happen.
it is VERY AWSOME the controls are a bit wonky BUT after say 2 minutes of playing you will get the hang of it . overall very cool and i love the alien surgery you put in the game
I know it is a fun game, Iv'e played it before, but I bought and it won't start. I tried everything, deleting the cache and all that but I still cannot get it to work. My advice, check for problems before you buy it.
The controls are horrible for the game. I like the whole concept but the controls ruined the game for me. Kinda wish I didn't spend my money on this app.🤷
I loved this game up until the operation game on the desk. Wow, I got sick to my stomach on the vulgar language coming out of it. Seriously, was it really necessary to use Jesus's name like that?? No. If it was still an option, I'd get a refund. But I didn't discover that soon enough >:(
if anyone can help me please say so, I bought the app & when I go to play it stays black and absolutely dies nothing, it downloaded instantly which is weired cause it's a purchable game, I don't recommend this game until that is fixed
everything is good but the control's are a bit hard, once used to it its quite fun to play.

The game has a problem where Organs will glich out and mess up the whole gane

A flawless simuoatir that is 100% accurate. Good game...
Its fun but THE CONTROLS!!!!!!!!!. Or rather lack there of!. on a mobile/cell phone doesn't work. I have tried for a while and can't even do the first Heart Transplant due to the BAD controls and I have spent a good few hours of trying. I would give 5 Stars if the controls were easier... Maybe with "left & right sticks" on screen etc... It just feels like a game that is just for a laugh rather than a "game" etc...!!!!.
