Does not work for Samsung Galaxy S9. I've tried multiple times to update profile, with birthday, gender, zip code, etc. It just will not save the changes. The red 'Done' button and 'Update' buttons don't work. Nothing happens when you press them. I don't think this app is optimized for android phones. Maybe iPhones only at the current moment.

I started using Surkus several months ago. Despite intermittently being unable to cash out, their customer service and offers were great, and eventually I was able to cash out...at first. For the last two months it has been impossible to cash out using either PayPal or their new direct deposit method with Stripe. They have sent multiple emails that the issue is being resolved but I don't see it happening. I doubt I will be completing any future offers with this app.

I've been on this app for over a year and had been very happy with it up until the last few months. Even on the past when my cashouts didn't go through, they eventually worked out within a week or two. Now I've been having the same issues as everyone else. The last time I was able to cashout was April and with hundreds of dollars that I need access to, I'm getting really frustrated. I've been a loyal paricipant and I just want my money back please.

App can be buggy and will often not load offers, but good concept of a company. Yet I don't understand how they are legally allowed to use Amazon listings as offers when Amazon does not allow reviews for free or partially-reimbursed products. One thing to improve on the app is the option to cancel and reupload proof of purchase should we accidentally upload the wrong image. In my case, I had accidentally selected a family member for the shipping address, and my name wasn't on the invoice.

They've had hundreds of dollars of my money stuck in their app for months and made NO effort to reimburse me despite my attempts to contact customer service. They have been claiming that the payment system will be fixed on X date multiple times for months, and miss the deadline every time. Now they've finally implemented the new payment partner, and it still doesn't work to automatically withdraw. CS will not make payments manually. Be aware that you will not get your money back.

SCAM!!! They are refusing to address their issue with Stripe. I contacted Stripe directly and they were very helpful and explained it was not on their end. Surkus continues to add offers yet wont answer any emails or figure out the issue. I was only able to cash out once and since then have spent over $80 that does not seem like I will be getting back.

This is pretty much a scam. They owe me $200, and have for months. I doubt I'll ever get it, but I still try every day to cash out. They have been claiming to have connection errors for months with PayPal, so they switched to Stripe and talked about how easy it would be to cash out once they implemented it. However, the same error message keeps popping up, and customer service just tells me to wait even longer every time I email them, blaming Stripe for what is obviously their problem.

It's alright, but I hate that you need to have an Amazon prime account for so many offers. I don't have one, and there is no way to filter it out. I wish there was a way to filter out non-Amazon tasks, because I'll do those. But otherwise its okay, just having to read about every single offer to see what doesn't require an Amazon account is annoying.

Amazing app, I didn't expect it to be that perfect. It can help in socializing as well. Good for all ages and all tastes. It introduced me to things I never knew its available in UAE. The survey is really good, it helps in better suggestions, variety of choices and different events. Requirements are soooo easy to accomplish. I have never been into such apps but this one me and my friends are addicted to. I would definently suggest it to every single person I know... Thank u surkus team...

Havent been able to cash out my funds for MONTHS! Was finally able to cash out. Did another task and now they are having the same issues. Too many errors while redeeming my rewards. Very risky in my opinion. The task criteria is rather picky for an app that can't reliably pay you within a month.

I really loved this app. I encounter two issues since using the app. The first issue was resolved quickly and easily. However, the second issue was not resolved. It took me two weeks of arguing back and forth to still not get my issue resolved. Business should not be handled in this way. I did what needed to be done on my part. I have VIP status for a reason. They just lost a customer. I do not recommend this app!

It's not good app. Once you purchase items it shows you cash back rewards. But you can not able to cash out. It's a fraud. Customer care won't reply what is the issue. Always show we are facing techinal deficuties and never get cash to your account.

Avoid at all costs. They refuse to allow me access to the $159 in earnings I made through the app. This app used to be great two years ago, but they have since turned into a scam that will not allow users to cash out. I have been trying to contact support for three months with no response/success. AVOID THIS APP.

Really great events are available on the app to get in for free. The system is very straightforward and easy to use. Only thing is that its not that easy to be selected. It's alright though cause there are events on all the time.

This app used to be so good until recently. You basically cannot cash out your rewards to Paypal. They fixed it once and now it's broken again. Tech support barely gets back to me anymore It's starting to look like a scam to me. What's really appalling is that they are still providing products. So they are still running a business without any disregard for their disgruntled customers. Google play and the apple store should discontinue their service. This is basically theft.

Surkus offers cash back on purchases in exchange for reviews. I have completed 22 reviews since May 10, 2021, and am owed a total of $751 in reimbursement. The Surkus app has an option to request payout for available rewards. I have tried to withdraw using this method more than 30 times, and receive an error message each time. I have contacted Surkus customer service, and their only advice is to keep trying to withdraw daily. This is unacceptable.

Surkus stopped letting me cash out my money from April 2021. I have money(rewards) to cash out and then they cancelled all my orders which were in pending state of refund. So, combined I have almost $800 stuck in Surkus. They stopped letting me cash out because they had some issues going on with Paypal and then they replaced Paypal with Stripe, even though that one never worked for me. Deleting this app! I earned VIP status through Nov 2026, I'm extremely disappointed that I have not been selected for any offers in MONTHS! I have been checking the app 20 times a day, applying for stuff immediately. As soon as I was asked to verify my payment method I did. I know somebody who is in the same demographic category as me and she continues to get selected for offers even if she selects it days after I did. Surkus used to be fun. Now, the events you used to get paid for to attend, they will only give to "VIP" members as "get access" and no payout. The app hardly works properly, and when you email support, they never respond. So the event you went to, but were unable to check in at, along with others, you are marked as a no show. The support team is a major fail.

I initially gave 1 star. I appreciate Stephen the CEO responding. The customer service response time is slow due to small team. It took time, but they helped me. There is cash out problem with app currently, but beside that, it's an interesting and fun way to discover and try new product/brand.

Love this app! I've gotten to try out so much stuff around Dubai for free! Such great events and experiences. And anytime I've had any queries or problems, the support team has been extremely helpful. So glad I found this app, and so grateful to the app and the team. Keep up the great work! 😁

Supports my habit of compulsive buying lol. They offer very useful items that you can purchase and get reimbursed for later after you leave a product review. I've had this app for yrs. I use to use it for random really nice events that I got free access to. But they only have product offers right now due to the pandemic.

They have stopped responding to any emails regarding payment issues. My money has been stuck in the account since March 2021. Ever since they "merged" with Amaze and started heavily focusing on referals to get more people to join. They obtain commission for each item review and arent contracted to give money back to you. I still haven't gotten my money back and they haven't responded to me in 1+ week though they say it only takes 48hours. -I'm reaching out to the ceo. Will update if he responds

Bought an expensive cast iron dutch oven, and was told I would be given a full refund in exchange for my positive review on Amazon. NEVER got it. Wrote to them, they NEVER responded, NEVER got my money back. Now I am stuck with a PINK dutch oven... If I had known, I would have purchased one in a color I actually liked and not through this app. Would NOT recommend.

A great app! I love this app I download it recently and it works perfectly! It gives you access to many special events and offers! All you need to do is just share your review or experience! I love it! So much fun exploring new venues and events through this app.

Horrible app. I will be deleting this nonsense. I purchased the item that was required and it gives you time to purchase and when i went back to complete. The deal was over. Waste of time.

Brillant app for finding entertaining venues and events FREE of Charge. Some exceptions for beverage minimum requirements, which you might do regardless. Variety isn't extensive. But best app for money conscious folks or those looking for new venues to explore.

Read the reviews. They haven't been paying out since April. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they just give you a general answer. The task are tedious and they want you to "review" products a very specific way. At times it is difficult because they ask for screenshots that include all the details of your order; As we know those pages don't all fit on one screenshot. Gotta be able to follow their format and request. Also, the task now have to be done right away. I need my $$.

Something happened with their team and now I can't cash out!! I have $113 just sitting in my account, money I EARNED through this app, and they refuse to send it to me. Horrible customer service about this issue, all they do is send mass emails. Avoid at all costs.
