I ordered redmi mobile on surplus on 31 may. I received mob on 10 June. The box was taped 3 or 4 time and when I opened the box no screen gourd on mobile charger was open with no proper packing. I tried many time on call center but it was only wasting time. My request to all plz do not buy any thing from surpluss. Bogas company

I am Trying to Place the Order for one Item Since 4 hours but I am Unable to Search for it or Use the App. It Keep Showing me the Loading Logo Continously for 5 minutes! Much Disappointed 😠😕

The app is slow very very slow....if i add filters it doesn't recognize and will still show all brands of products...guys hire a better app developer.

Dont buy anything in surpluss. There is no warrenty for the products receving form surpluss. hi this is shyam prasad from coimbatore i have ordered xiaomi 1s phone my order no is 159080769. i have received the product on ( 09.06.15). i want to return the phone because it was not working, customer care is not picking the phone or not replying to mails.

They provided me the wrong order and when I called them they didnt pick the phone and even not replied my mails . And the quality of product is also zero .

Prices r low they say but same as u get in a grey market .. ebay far better app . Evn unboxed phones can be claimed warranty on seller ..
