Very poor service...cheap quality products...show you a different product on app and deliver the different one .Never recommend any one to use this app services.if you go to complain about the product,no revert receive from support. Very very pathatic service in delivery and quality both.

Any time I need flowers, I go to this app. They always have such a wonderful selection of fresh and unique flowers, which I haven't seen in other places! All the flowers I have bought there, stay beautiful and last longer than flowers from anywhere else. The customer service is incredible and delivery was on time.

Worst app , they aren't replying on the app nor returning my money back . You guys seriously do that to your customers.. It's my first and last experience here ..send me my money back

We are very disappointed with your service. Promised one thing but delivered some other item. Hereafter we will never avail your service. We are not going to suggest for your app. Very sad!!! Not even worth for the amount we paid. Just wrapped in a cheap paper & very third grade bouquet, not given the item which was shown.

I ordered a vegan cake for my wife's birthday, a red velvet cake. It was perfect and better than any dairy based cake I've ever had. The cake was lovely and moist and the cream was amazing! Delivery was on time but I'd have preferred a little more communication regarding the scheduled delivery. It was fantastic value for money too. Thank you!

Hi all, I am soo happy and glad to share this review. That this is best app for surprising ur friends. The quality of cake is amazing also they try their level best to deliver the exact quality as shown in picture. My friend was too happy to receive the cake. I am glad I used this app.

Such a worst app, u ordered flowers for my friend and they took so long to deliver and at the time of delivery when I was trying to call them , nobody was even picking, literally it was really annoying I don't recommend this app to anybody.

Cake is yummy and it looks very good but as they mentioned candles and knife is complementry but there is no candles, they lack at some parts like I've ordered red and white roses bouquet but bouquet contains only red roses. But overall my bf loves it alot n it's a safe place to order . A little more effort is needed guys but overall it's a nice experience Good luck

The service is very pathetic, they are charging more than the other well established companies but not providing service as they promises. They charged for fixed time and date delivery but they delivered as per normal timing and they refunded amount for fixed time delivery to their wallet not to the bank/paytm. Their quality of product was very poor, roses were looked like trash. I have uninstalled the app as I'm not going to use this anymore in future neither I recommend anyone to use.

Worst app! They really spoil the surprises. I had ordered for a combo of cake and flower bouquet. When delivered, the cake was all melted and spoiled! And there was no flower bouquet. They delivered just a bunch of roses tied with a white thread. They called me again just few hours before the delivery and said I will have to pay extra amount because the delivery address is far from the place where the fresh flowers available. I paid, but after delivery I realized it was ultimate waste of money!

Received low quality flowers/choclate combo. flowers received were not as expected which was shown in app. And the delivery was not made on the extact ocassion. And even refusing to cancel the request even when it was not delivered on mentioned occasion. Customers cannot connect them directly it can only be done via chatbot

This is the best app. They provide superb customer service. They go above and beyond to make every order perfect. They are creative and very talented designers of flowers and cakes. They are trustworthy and work within your budget. I do not use any other app.

Didn't receive wht i ordered ..they deliver something else ..which they shown in the pic i didn't receive that i received different item.. complete wastage of money... they don't even reply ...nd don't have any customer care number.How can person contact to them. Most disappointing app i have ever used.

WORST APP. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.Complete frauds. They completely ruined my surprise and occasion.Couldn't deliver the item on the said time and address and making lame excuses that you didn't pick up our call,check our policy. These people are cheaters they just want to make money by conning their customers. No value for customer here.Just because one was not able to answer their call for 20min they cancelled my order and didn't refund my amount.Playing really smart tactics to make easy money.

very very worst app.. no option to cancel the order.. order should be cancelled within a minute.. My ordered is neither cancelled nor delivered.. when I told them to cancel they didn't accept it. the very next day when I asked for my ordered cake they re telling you have requested for cancel..

It was quite good experience,but they have to improve delivery time,They should follow mention delivery time in slot,otherwise It ruins someones special day,and In special request, they should give message on any paper or card and put it on any bouque or box ,rather than convey by delivery boy.

I would have given 0 if it exists. Worst service providers. Delaying of services, making changes in the time slow of their own. Worst part is the Executives won't respond in chats. I hereby request everyone to not use this app we will be shocked instead of surprise.

The gift was delayed in delivery due to lockdown restrictions at my place. Also the gift message to be conveyed was written wrongly accidentally from the team. But the gift was beautiful and bought a smile on the receiver's face. Thank you😊🙌❤

i received the delivery of the product which was totally different what i ordered and how the good presentation was shown in picture but i recieved something else which was not resolved..... But for whom i orderd the cake really liked the taste of the cake it could be more special if i have received the same
