Survey Solutions Tester

Questionnaire Tester is a program to test the functionality of questionnaires created with Questionnaire Designer of World Bank's Survey Solutions system (http://solutions.worldbank.org). Questionnaire tester emulates the process of data collection by allowing entering data, validating conditions and skip patterns, displaying reports on the progress of questionnaire completion, etc. Questionnaire Tester should not be used for actual data collection as its database is purged after every testing session.

It only has the login screen no register screen

The tester does not scroll down when in the questionnaire. I did not have a problem in the old version just this new version.
