doesn't have basic functionality like text editing, autocorrect, or text suggestions. every update breaks more things that it fixes. can't scroll through text you've typed out. can't easily move cursor around text. arrows and other graphics sometime randomly disappear until you restart the app. can't imagine someone using this app unless they were forced to.
Haven't been able to use on Android for months due to crashing while using the maps feature. I don't know how the developers sleep at night knowing it gets worse every update, if it were me I'd feel terrible until I fixed it. Especially if someone was paying me to do a job I hadn't done.
No predictive text or autocorrect. Entirely inconvenient for when you're pressed for time. Can't scroll without opening every field on the way down. Does the entire out box have to send at once? Why can't they be sent individually?
Worst app I have ever used. Downloading fails, images can not reliably be stored especially from nested forms and interface is clunky and not user friendly compared to apps such as fulcrum. On a team survey data could not be synced between other phones. App does not have capacity to remember previous login details.
There is not option where I can creat an account by entering an email and exclusive password for the account in this application. That's the only way I would creat an account with this app. I don't find it safe to sign in with facebook nor with my google account. For me that's private. And not giving that other option makes it unsafe.
Works OK but is now malfunctioning. Previous version pulled data from field map perfectly. Now only partial data or complete missed data is coming across. However this is better than our old paper surveys. Please fix the data pull functionality.
This was fine until the latest. update today. It has stopped uploading my work in the background? I have to switch between 5 different apps to get my work done so while it's uploading in the background I can get other stuff. Now I have to sit here and wait until everythings uploaded before I can switch to a different app. It's making my day a lot longer than is has to be!!!! Not happy 😡
Made a password. Tried to log in. Won't let me. Now I can't figure out how to change it after uninstalling it and all..it won't send to my email address I gave it when trying to change password. Frustrating
It's a really good application. From what I can see, a lot of the 1 star reviews are from members of the public who have been asked to use the app but have not had the adequate training. There is no need to create an account, if the organisation you're collecting data for has shared a link to a survey for you. I admit, not knowing this and trying to create one will result in errors and access denied which doesn't come with any meaningful explanation (hence the 4*).
useful app from esri however I created an 11 page form however only 3 pages load in the app with the third page being blank. All the pages load when the form is viewed in a browser. What's happening here? We have a very critical project to embark on that the form as a deliverable in it's app version, is very instrumental in the effective undertaking of the project...HELP PLEASE, ANYONE?!
It will not allow you to enter decimals into your values. It also keeps asking for a password even though I do not have an account and just fill out field forms from an organization that has shared a link with me. It used to work fine but now it is utterly useless. Sad, considering a creator account costs $500/year.
This app crashes everytime it goes on loading survey what a waste of data.
Does not work on Galaxy Note 8. Just says "getting service information" when trying to send the Outbox. Tested with another Android device with same ISP and things worked fine. Support options not evident.
this app is terrible, I can't get it to work even after making an account and trying to sign in. and it has all my info, not cool at all how are we supposed to use it to report the harvest if it doesn't work. completely stressful uninstalling right now!!! NEED A BETTER APP FOR HARVEST REPORT ESPECIALLY IF IT IS MANDATORY
Needs improvement. Difficult to use. Keyboard doesn't always come up. No dictation offered. No autocorrect.
I am running Android 7.1.1. When I reinstalled the app, the app would not respond. I then loaded Survey 123 Classic and this app worked fine on my phone. ESRI needs to fix this app to run on 7.1.1
this apple is very Helpfully easy to access Attaching photos Maps and all kind of Data easy to downloads access all software like word excel bower points and ETC therefore do Do not hesitate using of your Surveys and pls inform all your friends families wonderful Apps for many purpose can be used apps but needs strong Network when you're Downloading and Insisting
The barcode scanner with the camera is absolutely terrible, it takes a solid 30 or so seconds to scan where iOS is nearly instant.
I installed and attempted to log in. There is no way to make an account (that I can find) from the app. After going to their website and making an account, I open the app to log in. My log in attempt is denied because "Public Account User Cannot Access This Application". How am I supposed to utilize it to report deer harvesting when I am not allowed to use it?
FWC probably getting a good laugh tell us to use an app that doesn't even open have followed instructions not once but several times still askin me to login. Which FWC says not to. Will go to option #2 phone in
Very useful app but the text entry is very clunky. No autocorrect and really hard to correct a typo.
Can't detect geotagging coordinates on android 12 samsung galaxy a52s 5g. Have to share/transfer the photo in android 11 or lower version of android for the geotagged photos to be detected.
