Fun concept but the tutorial pop-ups are SO PUSHY. I looking at things, moving stuff around, planning and every 5 to 10 seconds MOVE THE SLIDER TO MOVE TIME FORWARD! and I have to wait 5 seconds to close it. Ridiculous. I uninstalled just for that because it was just too obnoxious. I started just doing things to try and shut it up, thinking maybe there was some tutorial end point I could get to and stop it, and ended up losing the first boss night horribly.
I'm on level 3 and it takes multiple hours to build anything. Makes this game incredibly boring, for a few minutes and I have to wait hours and hours for level three buildings to be built. Reminds me of clash of clans, I stopped playing that at level 5 when it took 11 hours to upgrade things. Games are made to be played not sat there and badgered by your stupid training prompts while I'm just trying to play.
1st time playing and from reading what people have said in the reviews about the issues it seems like the devs fixed that now but back to me it reminds me if clash of clans when I use to play where I have to wait hrs for a building to finish but luckily there's a time skip button so that's handy. So far I don't have a negative about this game but who knows that may change
No building should take 2 hours to build at level 1. Don't you see how all the other successful games do this? The goal is to get new players hooked, which means multiple hours of fun upfront.
I'm back like i promise but in the same way stuck in game and I need help to understand.The first point time is not running so the heroes are in mission I can not use it for battle.The only way is to use gems to go further but I use it for building.Please do something with the daily time to run at least the waiting time after 12 hours to regenerate so that we can use the heroes again.Positive points are grafics nice the way that is concepts the game will have success.Good luck.
(Before) Phenomenal ☆☆☆☆☆! -------------- (After) March 22 2022. I quit the game. After saving 500 gold to upgrade my building to add another survivor then at may last battle, I lost. Returned to a check point, and to find out my building is not upgrading anymore, my 500 gold is gone. It is really frustrating.. I took several days just to save up some golds, mini quest, etc. Then boom. I hope you'll see this. Pls don't tell me to report. You can read.
I've been playing this game for a month and I love it but I'd like to suggest some. First is a music during fighting zombies and another nostalgic music at home base Second, Make some other buildings moving such as Gem mine,Lumbermill
Thanks for fixing the bug. This is the most epic survival colony base builder game in android. I play for more than 2 years and i never bored for it.
I see what the other review was talking about try looking around an constant pop up of fast forward the day on night 4 come on now I'm not trying to fast forward the day I'm trying to look at the map honestly no need to force day an night seems like yall trying to force it an probably cost gems for it after you use all the speed up day an night deleting now good luck
Very nice graphics, giving this only 4 stars because the upgrades are too time takers. Its too long that you need tp eait for always 2 hrs. Thats all
I love the game, but keeps crashing. Every ad, every time I upgrade a character. If not fixed in a week I'm deleting, and surely not spending money.
A true free to play game, really enjoying it. But the price of the season pass was increased secretly that's quite disappointing. Other than that it's a great game.
Good game and nice concept too, but the downside is you can't raid other players base.
I personally love this game! But, there are a lot of bugs in the game. One is where the zombies run to one spot away from your village. if it cannot be reached by any of the defenses, they and you will get stuck there. One option is to use valuable equipment. Another is to reboot the game which is too much of a hassle. The comment below is true as wel. The percentage is really inaccurate. Upgrades also roll back when you die. Such a waste of time and effort. Please fix these 5 stars for sure!
I like the game, it has cool concepts. But they way it's done it forces you in a position where you either pay or quit the game. I manage to survive one checkpoint night, but the one after it's way too strong and now I'm stuck in a loop, because you save up no resources when you lose. I would like if there was some way of going back a checkpoint or at least building something that hide some resources.. Guess I would do only missions for the rest of my time and then lose the night.
Edit: Reducing my rating to 3 stars from 5. The game is awesome and has huge potential. However there are a few things holding it back. 1. End game is horribly boring. Farming 30k gold to rush materials for upgrades to get a good leaderboard spot is not fun. 2. After you get defeated your buildings progress is reduced back to level 5. 3. Looks as though the devs put out 1 patch per month. That's a long time to wait when you're stuck at the end game.
This is the first time that I played something new. It was very refreshing. Unfortunately, there's a lot of things that annoys me. First, it takes at least an hour to clear objects, lags during object placement, an art style that needs improvement (reminds me of zombie tsunami), and the most annoying part: ads that doesn't play and cannot be cancelled. I have restarted the app several times which makes me disinterested with the game. Overall, good and refreshing game.
Really like the game. Currently lvl 27. Played alot of it, only downside is the city/base management. There's no easy way to create a new layout apart from individually separating each individual part across the area and rebuilding. Would be better if there was some kind of remove/place menu (Kind of like Clash of Clans has). Would make the game alot more user friendly and less tedious leveling up the main house. Other than that, love the game and will keep playing!
I really want to continue playing this game... It seems so epic, I say "seems" because when going onto Day 2, and I get told I need to get a Radio Tower, the game freezes in the market menu. I can't select anything and the hand just keeps pointing and yeah ruined the experience of the game. A fix would be awesome, would appreciate the urgency.
Great game. I am really into it, but the same ad pops up every single time. It is annoying just keep that in background. If I wanted it I would buy it. Also game balance is an issue. I always have surplus of wood,food, and ammo. I am always out of stone. Still 4 stars despite these flaws becuase it's so fun to play.
Fun game. Build and update defensive buildings, send survivors on missions during day, defend against zombies at night. Buidlings have to be repaired, but if you get wiped out, everything gets a free repair with upgrades intact. So there's consequences to losing, but not so bad you have to start all over. Also, while you have to view ads to make reasonable progress, it's not as excessive as other games. Would like a zoom in/out button (I'm on Bluestacks) and more characters.
The new update only downloads up to 71%, then stops. Have cleared cache and restarted my phone, same result. [Edit]So I'm reinstalling the game. Thanks for the answer. I'm guessing I'll lose all my progress and starting from scratch, which really bums me, but... Ugh... It's a really fun game... I'm willing to give it a fresh new run... But still it hurts. [Edit 2]no... It turns out that I can't reinstall it... The update reached up to 71%, well the installation gets to 59% and then it stops...
This game could be really fun, definitely has the potential. But its just not there. Expect a billion ads, especially if you want to actually play the game. Coz its literally hours between each round and you can speed it up with either money or (you guessed it) ADS!!! Its like they found a fun concept and decided money was more important. Save time, skip this game. **Just for a silly response you get downgraded from 2 to 1 stars. 4hrs. Without watching an ad its a 4hr wait between rounds.
**Updated review** The tasks it provides you to do seem against you and make it a lot harder to play without in game purchases, it is fun as free play game and probably a little better than the rest out there, controls could be improved slighly as somehow I always end up putting characters into the wrong building or swapping with another character I never intended to swap with. Other than that, repetitive but a fun way to pass some spare time. A little addictive maybe. 3.5 Stars
This game is fun! However, they really need to work on the time mechanics. I can't actually play the game atm, because the resource generators don't work when night comes in the game, and I don't have enough ammo to start the night. No missions to refill ammo either. So, I'm stuck. After 3 days, still stuck. Down to 1 star, and uninstall. Be careful and keep a very close eye on your ammo.
It looks like a good game but the tutorials and hints are a little too much. I'm just waiting on a build and I get hints every 10 seconds about the time bar and how to move it. It does get annoying pretty quickly, and it actually does make some people angry and want to uninstall your game. Either give us an option to turn them off or make them less common.
