it doesn't help at all. when I click "set password" it shows a pop up but the user name is visitor and the ID is 0. I clearly remember my username but not my password and it says my account doesn't exist. what is the purpose of this shvt if it doesn't do anything? doesn't help. bring back the 2019 ver it's even better! your update made your app worse so change it back to the old ver. i even lost my friends i made like this happened to my old acc before this acc. pls fix this.

Can't log in, lost my account with 1080 GCubes, when I reset password, it says password set successfully. When I login tho it says original password can't be empty, goddamn you BG why you need to change apps bruh

I'm sorry but I it does not work I tried it almost 10 times but still it does not work it keeps lagging and when I'm making a new password and enter it to the og app it says * incorrect password * I'm tired I just need my account back

this game suks it does not even work when I tryto play it. And it always lags everytime I join the game and I always loose my Account and have to get a new Account so it is better if you dont install this game because it will not work and it will say install the new version I am not jokng this game is jest trash !

This is stupid what happened to the blockman go that i know, This is so complicated literally stop updating so much that people quit, The recover system is so freaking complicated obviously i know the acc and id i can even screenshot to prove i am the owner on the user:Silverg, Please i am getting impatient ive sent multiple proofs,I hope you know what your doing blockman because your staff team is slow.

Thank u it worked I lost my acc because I bind and I log in another alt acc and when I go back I can't so I kept trying and I found bg portal and it worked thank u bg portal the best app ever

I love this game! It's a great game. There are always diffrent maps so you don't get sick of the ones you just did. I have a few suggestions too. You should make the game like the ACULAL hunger games. Like when you get the the edge of the map ..make it so like there is fire or poison fog like in the two movies.but this game is amazing. I totally recommend it for people who love the hunger games movies or books!

Bro i srsly recommend to remove the third party log in alot of players lost their account bc they forgot the email they bind on and some ppl accidently bind it in wrong email. Are u guys just gonna let other ppl's account to be gone just like that after they work hard. also whts the use of passwords now since we can log in in one click u guys made password useless. #removethirdpartylogin

MOSTLY i cant even make a password beacause it said account does not exist execpt i did it correctly, even id or username. Can you please add a google login button how am i supposed to do this ITS HARD i dont even know what to do at this point.

Ilove this app because of this app I got my Id back This Id is not logged into this phone but with bg portal I successfully log in my account thank you BG Portal.

Would be a great game. However it crashes and returns to the games home screen 5 minutes into almost every round, making it pretty pointless to play.

Well it's not working my old account is Naincy_wow *Indian region* and I forgot me password and I tried is 10 times or more but still it shows ACCOUNT DON'T EXIST what the f that means

Respond to this quickly, like other people having trouble on bmgo that cant find their account because if you type the usernames of our account it says account not found or etc my bg name is SHADOW_BG_GAMING i had many gcubes then the update came my account was gone i cant log in cant register it... Fix this many people is like me having trouble, this trouble ill update the star to 5 if it is fixed.

This app helped me to login on my account on past when i can't login in normal way when my Blockman GO - Adventures Account got bugged but sometimes i can't login so im giving it 4 stars great app i hope they will make this kind of apps again in future so bug accounts owner can login back into their accounts.
