Survtapp customer service has been excellent. The help desk team help us setup the survey and configuration a nice welcome screen for our guests at the resort. The variety of questions is amazing compared some of the apps we tried.
Good App for collecting customer feedback. The kiosk mode work great. We've been using it on our Android and iOS both and it's really helped us collect more customer feedback and analysis responses easily!

This is a very handy app; here is my honest review: PRO's: PRICE - If you are in need of occasional survey use on multiple tablets, the value offered by Survtapp cannot be beat. I looked into other lead capturing and survey apps and could not justify the huge expense. MAIL CHIMP INTEGRATION - make it easy to update your list. CUSTOMER SERVICE - without them, I'd be lost... CON's: Not so in intuitive - this took me a lot of time to figure out how to get it to do exactly what I need. But the customer support is quick to respond (instant on live chat, if you're working when they are - be mindful of time zones.) and within 24 hours if you submit a ticket. Not formatted for all Android tablets. But they might be working on that. :-) If you are in need of a survey and lead capturing platform, this is a great alternative to pricey companies like Constant Contact. It can do nearly the same amount of things for much less expense. You'll just need to dedicate some time to getting it formatted the way you like.
Wonderful app to for Event Lead Capturing. I was able to configure my lead capture form quite easily and their Web UI is fantastic! Offline Lead Capturing worked like a breeze without connectivity on my tablet - was able to sync and view responses in my account instantly.

The best survey app ever!! I found Survtapp very useful and also very easy to use. There are a lot of pre-designed questions in it and you can easily use multiple devices like tablets, phones, laptops etc. for collecting the answers after creating an account on Survtapp. So you get quicker results with lesser efforts.
This mobile survey software has really helped me in gathering Customer Feedback for my shoe store... customer support was really helpful in setting up my account in like an hour or so! Not too bad for its price, 6k per year for 3 devices! Cheers guys!!
I used the free plan followed paid plan for my online K12 educational learning platform. It really helped me to gather data about the needs of variety of students. It also helped me to get many leads which have boosted the sale. Initially I didn’t expect this much. Data collection in offline mode and hands free mode is the key feature of this app. Great work SURVTAPP.
The app interface is SPECTACULAR. It is smooth and easy to navigate. The choice of formats for questions is amazingly vast. Making the survey is a piece of cake and needs ABSOLUTELY NO training and experience. A newbie in the business can use it with the same efficiency as a professional with 5 years of experience. Great for getting feedback on your store, restaurant and more. Heck, I used it for fun to get feedback on my super bowl party !
It's a really cool data collection app. We collected over 40 queries in about 30 minutes at the fair.
Best priced offline lead captur app. We ha've been spending so much money on lead capture app at trade shows until a friend recommended Survtapp. I find it super easy and fast even when we have too any people at the booth. I've configured plenty of question that I capture offline and sync at the end of the show. The responses exported in a spreadsheet - and seamlessly imported into our CRM.
