This app is the worst. Everytime I go through to order, something happens and it kicks me out and makes me start over. I get all the way to the end it forces me to sign in and when I do it make me start over. Then when I went through again it asks me to log in.... Again... This app is trash. Used it in the beginning of the pandemic and it would switch my pick up location and send my food to the wrong spot.... Rant over.
Same problems as others on here as well. You put your order in, get all the way to the end, and then drops everything you worked hard to enter and makes you start all over again. Horrible crappy interface. Ordering thru Google maps page for the store took me all of two minutes. Do better and I will change my review, until then....
I was trying to order from this app since it seems like they are completely off of Uber Eats now. I added a bowl and another item to my cart and then for some reason the app entirely cleared it. I went to refill my cart with another bowl with the same ingredients and avocado and masago was gone from the menu for some reason. Please fix this.
I tried to give this app one more chance. I placed my order and the pay section would not come up. I tried 3 times. What a waste... if you get out if the app and open multiple screens your order disappears.
Reliable, works well, but more features are needed. Main missing feature is order history. AFAIK there is no way to look an order within the app, even if the order was placed a minute ago.
Crashes when modifying my order, when I try to leave a tip, and randomly on certain selections. Absolutely love the store and the employees but the app needs a heavy makeover.
App erases your entire order. You get all the way through and as soon as you go to pay it suggests a closer location and doesn't allow you to go back to your order. Beyond irritating!
App is crashing a lot . Whenever I tab out or get a phone call my whole order vanishes. When using coupons it isn't functioning properly...it states 'Validating cart order' but never applies the discount.
Cannot use! I can always get to the check out all the way till I need to enter the payment information then the app ALWAYS resets to chose your location! So frustrating!
When ever I try to pay the app deletes the order and starts over, incredibly frustrating. Love the food, hate the app.
You should be able to get rewards off of your phone number. I mainly order my food in the app and haven't received any points for that
I can't make an order for this. Every time I try to put in the tip it resets and deletes my whole order. :(
The app is GARBAGE TRASH UNUSABLE Its lucky I have to rate it 1 star Emptied my cart twice at payment screen and redirected me to faraway locations.
One of the best apps out there with little to no issues. Love the sushi from here!

Complete dog poop app, a bug in ordering has been around for way too long, get your stuff together or delete this dog doodoo app
I hit checkout but it brings me back to the beginning and I lose my whole order.
Can't checkout. I literally take so long to create mine and my bfs bowls and then I have to restart. This is stupid

This app is useless! Once I get to the checkout process, the app automatically resets, empties my cart and has me restart the whole process. After trying several times to get it to work, I gave up and ordered online. I wish the app was set up to better reflect the website design, which works. There are no pics of the food on the app. Get it together, devs!
