It's a nice app for suspension fans but it is not actually for people that now starts with trx training. The first workouts has exercises that someone that is not so used to trx won't never been able to manage. In other words it is a very good app for people that already have been using trx for a long time. It just help you to organise your weekly workouts, but it is not for beginner users. Some exercises are just to hard to include them in the second day of training.

Very well put together comprehensive workout program. I made my own Suspension Trainer and installed every app and google searched like crazy. Now I have used this for a few weeks now and I am very very very happy with the results . I recommend this for anyone looking to get a little more variety and suspension training workouts

Best Suspension training app available. It gives you a 25 week program and, most importantly, the times and videos for each exercise. Get this app, there is nothing else as good as this out there. I honestly can't believe this is free. This deserves to be a paid app. A++++++
