With Sutter Health’s My Health Online mobile app, you can:

Does not integrate with Android password manager, so I have to type my password every single time I use the app. So I never bother using it.

Terrible app. The web app sends messages that are more like click bait than info from my medical providers. Not in sync with my Dr. Goes down a confusing set of pages. It does not even have a navigation banner at top to get back to home page. Getting out dated messages and can't get rid of them. No longer has computer version. Can't log in there. But on cell phone test results pages are very difficult to see enough history. Password entry has no option to show password, I need this sometimes.

I've been using the app for years, lately more docs are onboard with using it to communicate. I have multiple chronic conditions and I appreciate some of my specialists texting in real time through the messages function. I also love seeing my lab results come in so quickly! Since I have the same labs multiple times a year, I can see/interpret my results without waiting for an appointment. Billing is easy, I just wish they had a print or history option so you could go back and see what you paid

It's a great app. Needs a way to change/edit more information. The messaging is very responsive, getting answers within 24 hrs instead of waiting until your next visit is a stress saver. I like having access to test results, really helps with seeing the overall picture of health and the graphs make it easy to have a general idea even though I don't necessarily know what they all mean.

I love the options available to me that this app offers. It makes things easier for me as a patient, to get information about my care. I can ask questions without sitting on hold. I can pay my bill, schedule appointments and even check in for an appointment when I arrive. It even has the option of Google Maps to locate an office that I've never been to, built right in. Whoever thought of this app is, in my opinion, brilliant! Thank you!

Nice interface. Clunky backend implementation. I used the app's express check-in feature to update my insurance. But person still had to manually finish the job of updating my insurance. Clearly the handoff between the app and office staff failed. I'm sure the developers will blame someone else. I won't bother using this feature in the future.

The app would be okay if I could log in regularly when I need to. However, half the time the app tells me my username or password is wrong even after I try it two or three times. Then I just go over to the website and log in with no problem. I can just save time, skip the app, and go directly to the website. The app has always been glitchy like this with me.

The following improvements would make this 5 stars ... 1) not all options available on the browser are available on the app. 2) video visits never seem to go smoothly. Video always ends up freezing and a phone call happens instead. So much time is used on technology that I forget what additional questions I had for the doctor. IT says to reboot phone prior to each video appointment to prevent problems. That's quite a dependancy.

I cannot pay my bill using this app. It's stuck in some Loop where it wants a payment method, but never allows a payment to be made. It also tells me that I have notifications on the appointments screen but does not show those notifications on the actual appointment screen. That's dumb. There is also a doctor I see regularly. But I cannot send her a message yeah she does not show up in the message to list

This is a sub-par app. I am taking two stars off for the lack of capabilities in the messaging feature. In this day and age where asynchronous messaging has become the norm, this app does not allow for replies to happen on the same thread forcing users to send a new message to the care team instead of as a reply. Messages are set to expire automatically within a month so if you miss to respond, you don't have the ability to go back and reply. I wish Sutter health does UX design review.

The login in the app is painful. At the time app was downloaded, they could ask for preferance to use pw or biometric each time app is opened. Too many things on the home page. Just the layout makes it look really crowded and untidy. There is no need to give explore menu at the bottom. User Intial is highlighted in big circle. A waste of space! User knows it is their account. No need to highlight it.

Great app, very thankful for this access. But, since the last update, it hasn't been loading my messages or other information. It gives me an error message. This has caused problems communicating with my doctor. It seems like the new update still has some fixes needed. I'm grateful, but for now I'm having to go to the website instead. Hoping they can work out these bugs.

The app used to allow me to see a history of past lab dates as a comparison. When I had to re-download the app now it only shows the long list of labs with no options to compare. Disappointing. Also, can't book a Sutter lab appt. Frustrating. Review Edited 6/1/21: Evidently, your system was on the fritz. It went back to normal a few days later. So glad for that! Review Edited 6/4/21 However no where to schedule a lab appt.

So far I like the app. The responses are pretty quick and usually resolve the problem. I like being able to see my Chart, test results, appointments, appointment notes, "to dos", etc. It is nice to have that to look at, sometimes I forget and all also. Overall good .

Galaxy Note 9 on T-Mobile with Android 10. Sutter Health has finally allocated enough effort to make this application easy and useful. You can quickly schedule appointments, review documents and communicate with medical staff with little trouble. I really appreciate the appointment calendar integration options that works well with Google Calendar and Business Calendar 2 Pro. Good job Sutter Health!

For the most part this app is good. Love that you can see all your results and communicate with your health professionals. However every time I try to make a payment it starts glitching and all the numbers I enter for card information go crazy. It really bugs me, and I'd love to be able to make payments through my phone. Please fix this issue.

It is an excellent app to manage your health data for the PAMF hospitals. They have constantly improved the functionality of app. You can now do a lot of things directly in the app. Everything loads very quickly and it's a pleasure to use the app. If anything, please add the ability to look at trending data for your test results.

Very good medical app. Makes login easy (quite important, particularly considering stress a user might be under when trying to logon!) Does'nt quite have full functionality of web version (e.g., can't show table or graph of prior test results). In some ways a little better than web version (e.g., the "who do you want to send message to" shows speciality/department in addition to Dr. Name...thanks!)

The recent app updates removed key health reminder info, specifically lab test orders. Tech support redirects you to the mobile web site to get this info, where it shows up on your home page, and where the full list of info is blocked by news blurbs. Selecting the menu to see the full page takes you to an unreadable text table. This table is difficult to navigate when you zoom in large enoug to read, you then can't see which tests the descriptions are tied to. Bad user design.

Does not make any sense I can see test results via the app, but it won't show me ordered tests. I have to go to the website to see those. The options in the app should match those on the website. There is also no way to clear the annoying notification asking me if I want paperless billing. I'll up the rating when/if they address these issues.

My app will NOT WORK anymore unless I have the newest update installed (June 12/2021 to your info). The info screen shots for the update are NOT updated itself and show the old version. Worst are the requested permissions. Besides the mic and camera that I understand, why you need to have access to the media files and need permission to change them.? Why you need access to storage files and need permission to change them? There are lots of other implied app permissions (check permissions details). I do not agree with the requested permissions. As app will not work anymore without the new update, its useless to me and was deleted..

Great app if you have Sutter insurance. Edit* I have adjusted my review to 3/5 stars due to an issue that has arisen after being sent to a specialist. The app or the hospital EMR won't let specialists access my chart. I've tried to email my information to the specialist, but due to a bug in the app, I cannot take a screenshot of my lab results. This has resulted in a delay of my care and an extra visit to first bring in my lab results and then a second visit to follow-up with the labs.

The program is good but could be better if we could send pictures to our doctors. Even Kaiser gives their patients this option. Sutter needs to quickly add this option, it's critical. I would've given a 5 rating if this option was available.

The app is okay but newish multi-factor Authentication is poor. Text message MFA codes frequently take multiple minutes to arrive. I don't care if it's a network issue or server congestion, etc. anything longer than 10 seconds is too long. They should really switch to an external MFA such as Google Authenticator, given that text and email has been shown to be insecure given that the MFA code is sent in a pure text which is easily snoopable.

I only need to use this for two things: to communicate with my doctors and to see past test results. It works fine to look at test results but it's terrible for communication because unlike the website, I can only see my Dr's messages, I can't see my own 'sent' messages. I'm only seeing half of the conversation, and I can't go back to check if I've already told my Dr about something or not. It's super annoying.

They say that this app makes it easier to talk to your doctor. But Dr. George K. Lee NEVER gets back to me. The call help line is completely useless. It leads to a voicemail that I doubt anyone ever checks because nobody has ever responded. Sutter Health only cares about profits and not people. This app is just another way they ignore you. The app says it will get you in touch with your doctor. The app clearly doesn't work because getting in touch with your doctor at Sutter is impossible.
