Suvidha Supermarket Online Grocery

So far my experience with Suvidha has been wonderful. It's been a year when I started ordering groceries from this app and to be honest the interface of the app is very easy to use, you can easily search for an item within seconds and the best part is the behaviour of delivery guy and store employees as they are always very polite and helpful and always deliver groceries on time with separate packaging for freezer items and other items. Really happy with their service.

Excellent app, tried it after seeing an advertisement in the news paper. Happy that app is simple and minimal, please add a 'sort option' , if you can.

The app is good, but missing option for prepayment. On other apps I can pay via different options and also with Sodexo. I will have to use others apps just because of missing payment options on suvidha app.

I found this app very useful. Its interface is very easy and lets you select items from different catelogues. After placing order, the orders are once again confirmed by shop before. At this time one can delete or add new item. Shri Girish who has called us is very polite and helpful. The delivery of the items is also on time and date. No hassels. Excellent service during lockdown.

Easy-to-use app.It is quite convenient for elderly people who are unable to go to the store frequently. The staff members are polite and helpful.

Very lousy service. I ordered online from your store for the very first time. But, it turned out to be very dissapointing. Quality of packed products doesn't look good from outside, looked stale. Some of the packets like oil were leaking which had ruined other products too. Also, the billing was not correct as some extra products were added which I didn't ordered. And for replacement had to call delivery guy and store manager several times but to no avail.

This is my first experience. Order delivered at last minutes of time slot. (a) I didn't find any option to add some left out items immediately order of first order. (2) I also didn't find any option to cancel order. (3) Given Contact not responding. This is just to make improvements, if otherwise it is worth facility. Behavior of delivery person is good.

I m odering frm suvidha since last three month.... Nice service even this time I have got my order delivered in just 2hrs... Excellent if they will keep this 4 future.

One of the best online grocery shopping in dehradun. Everything is available especially Makhan Chor Rice which u can't get anywhere else easily

This is a very useful app. Almost all items are available in this app. Very nice and friendly app

The items noted on the app aren't a complete list of your shop inventory . Therefore it needs to be revised. As far as the experience itself is concerned very often there's a substitution of the item requested or the size of a pack requested is replaced by another . There's a repeated need to call up somebody at the store to correct either an incorrect item delivered or replacement of an appropriate sized pack

First of all I like to thank for Suvidha super market for delivering the products in this pandemic...thank u so much TEAM😃 it provides a large variety of products and delivery of the products are quite smooth .. & the staff of all stores I go for shopping they are humble and they handle customers nicely ... It's my personal experience and I believe in buying only suvidha's self packing products because they are trust worthy . I'm staying in degrading from past 3yrs & I buy only they products 🙏

Placing order is really easy and services too. What else one need However a problem occured last time. I placed an order to be collected from store. I paid for it and picked the goods. Regretfully this order appears as cancelled. I wrote an email about it but to no avail

This app is marvellous. It provides a nice interface to interact with. It provides a large variety of products and even in the time of pandemic, everything is just a click away. Delivery of the products is quite smooth and the staff is also very humble and polite.

The products listed are not available.They give you substitutes. Items and quantity are not available though they allow to order them. Cash on delivery is available even in this time of lockdown and they allow you to order on the basis of cash payment only but when they come they argue for online payment only. I mean what the hell is wrong? If you are not accepting cash then mention in the site or don't accept the order? First time I shopped & probably this is the last time. Real bad experience

All good & Easy, have to edit the review and decrease the rating after second order received as this time also few items were unavailable. Then why the maximum purchase cap value of INR 1200 is made mandate. If items are missing or not available, user should get a call regarding this and he or she should be provided with alternate options for unavailable items.

While last time on April 4, I found service very good but this time I found mismatch in the items and quantity delivered. This shows some carelessness on the part of the employees. While I am assured that mistake would be rectified, I still feel that such lapses could have been easily avoided by being more careful. This saves time and hassles for all concerned.

The UI could be better. Edited 26/03/2020- Suvidha is providing a great service in these difficult times. It delivers on time in dehradun, the prices are the same and it is well stocked. Superb efforts to bring the groceries to our doorstep. Awesome app!

Wonderful service and reasonable price with quality

Suvidha store helped me a lot during covid pandemic.It delivered all the goods which I required that too in a very short time. I just suggest to extend its grocery list. All the best and thanks a lot.

Not so encouraging as the actual price of some items were more than the price in app. Moreevrr some items were not available at all but shown as available in the app . Hence for better service , take care of these things . Delivery is prompt

User friendly app and quick delivery

Smart guys. I am sure they would soon a worry for flipcart and Amazon. I have been noticing this from few last months and so much impressed with their staff and delivery guys. Returns are so simple, staff is very friendly. Well done boys and girls. You are a star.

Nice app. Things have been kept simple which makes it faster also. Search functionality is also very fast and useful.

Worst experience ever.. Never deliver the full order and charge the price differently to what's mentioned on the app.. U should be ready to contact the worst customer care service if u run into some issues.. Will never ask anyone to order from here.

Suvidha provides a variety of products to my doorstep even during lockdown days. Like the app and easy to access. Delivery executive are doing commendable job. Keep it up!

I did not want to give any stars due to their delivery service. No professionalism whatsoever.No customer grievance redressal as store people also don't care as to what the customer is saying. Urban buy ppl are quite opposite n their service is also better.
