I Paid approximately about 12k for this device but i am completely disappointed by the functioning of this device . First it doesn't regularly update the live status of the vehicle while in journey and sometimes it misses maintain the record of the previous trip . Second, many times it shows that the vehicle is parked somewhere else other than the actual place .
I have updated my app today and went for the ride. I have finished the trip and came back home. Still app shows trip on going and engine on. When I try to locate the car now, it shows some random road. I tried to logout and login again, but it didn't work.
Total waste of money. I was charged 12000 for this device, in which Rs2299 was included for 3 years validity. I am totally disappointed with this device. It is not giving proper update. Several times it shows that car parked on some other places other than the real place. Last journey update is also... Here Gives One star but this is not eligible for one star also
Zorry no rating to this. So giving 1.. I change my password but still other users are logged in and can view my status... its very risky and dangerous . Whenever app opens app should check the user name and password credentials and then only allow to sign in
This app does not work..Data does not refresh.. Tried calling customer support and they gave some work around and it didn't work either and they raised a complaint...It's been close to a month without any resolution..If you people don't have a highly skilled support team for resolution , then what is the point building such applications.. Just waste of our time and money.
Just wasting time and money on this device. Useless .. What's the meaning of saying Live Status, when it can't update itself. It still shows me status of 20 days ago. I think it's a failed product, you should return the money to respective buyers and save your brand image.
Hi I am using this app from last 2 year. But recenty whenever I tried to log in it shows "something went wrong". App is up to date. I have also reset the password. But can't log in.
Worst app because very poor connectivity. Vodafone connectivity is worst. Your customer care help is also worst. I have tried what they suggested but nothing happened. You don't have shame to answer yo contact them. Enhance your platform and connectivity. Tell me how I can change Vodafone connectivity to other ( according to AIS 140)
The app has started behaving in an utterly annoying way. It never gives live feed. The updates are never on time. Sometimes the app gives more than a day old updates. Please fix this issue with an update at the earliest. Since, as of now the app is of no material use to me with such live feed issues. I would really appreciate a quick resolution. Thanks in advance!
Overall experience is good, as its more ever a real time app. As many more companies are offering a better option!! And my experience with it follows as > - in some of a banking app we have to login again and again, same we have to do it here too. One more thing, the trip summary should have to be saved on some server or on local phone memory, as if we are paying for this app, and even if we can't recall the times when we started the engine 6 times before. something which needs to be backed.up
Android auto support would be great if provided. Should have vehicle lock feature and option to immobilize if there is geofence breach. If this does not have above features then what is usefull to call you, given your reply states call 1800... number to get assistance. Same copy paste reply.
Working perfectly fine for me. You need to be little technical sound to understand and work with it. Soon you will get used to it . Overall liked it.
Wasted Rs. 12500 for a product which not working well. Not updating the trips, status etc. It shows 10-15 days old data and while car is parked it shows trip on going. Very unhappy
Not updating real-time data. Showing 3-4days old data. Customer care suggest run vehicle 5km and uninstall and reinstall app. This is totally waste of money.
Lot's of expectations from this APP. There are certain features that I may experience only in case of theft for eg. Notification on being towed and I believe this is a very great feature to have. But something that I am looking to leverage in normal running such as trip consolidation doesn't work as expected. After coming back from an overnight journey when I choose to consolidate all the details and get a single report, the APP does not allow me to select all small trips but just the last 6.
