This app is really worse. Trying hard since last one hour to login bt evrytime message appears as SOMETHING WENT WRONG. If there is so much of something wrong in it no use of the app. I thought that this will work fine and can register our grievances related to the captioned but to my utter surprise it is not even allowing you to do so.....
Any time something went wrong. Please try after sometime. This app not user friendly. All government app is same same problem. Very worst managing total India government app. Waste of time. The app doesn't load any contents. Probably the worst app ever made. I was hoping for a platform where I could complain on lack of dustbins or maintenance of public toilets (also lack of it) in certain areas in my city. I was hoping to actually make a difference in my city by using this swacch Bharat scheme.. This app just says something went wrong over and over again. I don't even know what the app was intended for.. you even collect cess for the scheme.. don't I have the right to ask for services in return? A lot of us have put a lot of faith in your government ... I don't know how much you will actually do, but atleast give us a platform to convey to you what we want...what our grievances are.. This is ridiculous. Is it normal for a citizen in a democracy to feel this powerless?? Pathetic.!!
Is this an app or a joke? I can't believe such incompetent people are working for the government who don't even know how to design and run an app? The designers of this app are worse than an uneducated person. You should be ashamed of yourself. I tried thousands of times to login and it never let's you login into your account. Disgusting. Just disgusting.
Application developer needs to swachh this app frist too many bugs not able to login and play store give 4.3 STARS what a joke
It is so difficult to even create an account on this app. I am not even sure about its efficacy. People managing technology needs to buck up. Its a big let down for our PM's vision. We need Swachh Bharat for sure.
Registering to this app is a challenge in itself. Trust me I doubt people can actually use this app at all. Wanted to make a complain about mounting heap of garbage in an area but I seems that our government hradly understand digital and the means to implement it. It's a shame but this app is disappointing!

Developers of this would be fired twice for same job if they were in private sector. ANOTHER PATHETIC JOB .. "NIC"
it is very difficult to login or for the registration purpose. As the government is using the public money for this purpose by charging additional charges from the bills they have to be responsible to make the things right. the purpose is good and it should be effective hope the government people will look into this issue because they are so many issues that are to be added.
I created an account. But I tried 100 times to login at different times of the day but I could not login.. Same error everytime "something went wrong ... unexpected error in server ..."
Not able to sign in. Giving all correct information but error giving wrong Number n mail id.
Worst APP This app is designed that no-one can login . always says that something went wrong. user friendly app should be designe. Pls update this app to user friendly.
Login is taking forever dont really know what this app does. Lot of bugs technical team needs to be put to work.

Most unfriendly govt app ever seen. After putting email and OTP unable to log in trying 15 times. Not suggested to any one. Govt people are lazy and unable to develop reliable app.

Why does it never login.its mentioned the bugs are fixed but still.the reviews given are five months old and still no initiative has been taken to correct the mistakes.if it's just for namesake,please remove the app.its a waste.
Total waste app, even after successful profile creation will not let you login. Not sure about functionality . But wasted my time on this

Can't login to this app. Tried nearly about 10 times but always the same error "something went wrong please try again later" I have to log a activity for cleaning but no response from server.
I have a question. How to let the municipality know if any dustbin is full(huge dustbins provided in the area)?? Whenever dustbins are full, citizens keep throwing the trash until it overloads and fall all over on the ground. How can I let the municipality know if some specific bin is full??

Idiot app, never allows login in first 5-6 attempts, even after login on opening up any category, it logged out automatically. I have tried around 100 times, its waste of time. Why do you create such app if can not deliver quality in development or can not handle load on your servers. As always, Government work is never up to the mark, thank you.
