I submitted a complaint but I didn't get any revert SMS or email. I don't remember my complaint number and I don't have any records of the same. Third class app. Why the phone number and email address were required at the time of the registration, is a mystery to me.
1. Could not submit the complaint. The submit button doesn't work! 2. Cannot access gallery photos and videos. What if I took photo of the incident and complaint later about it???
I am so happy we have got an app. But it would have been better if it would have allowed me to go further than clicking on complaint. It stays on the home screen. When I click on complaint button it says click again.
Very bad. It asks for updated version which never gets loaded. I don't know if my complaints are reaching the authority.
Unable to Lodge a complaint. it says technical error and nothing happens , tried uninstalling the app and installing again.
I wanted to submit complaint about the garbage burning near my home but Unfortunately, the application is not working...it stays on the same page throwing message "please Click Again"..

Just a webpage inside the app that doesn't work at all, so don't think our government has done a good deed by creating this app, this as useless as a broom in sandstorm.
It's not working while clicking on ' submit your complain' it's not working. I hope the issue gets resolved soon. Kuch kaam krlo yr. Thora sa he sahi. Thanks.
Although this is the latest version, but it is asking to update.. Idk even if it's functional any more or not..

Surprisingly amazing! I got a road clead where the construction material was lying from around past one month in just two days. People who are saying that this app doesn't work should know the jurisdiction of PWD as it is of main roads only not the roads made my municipality or parks which come under DDA. This app is really great. Tips- upload the picture in day time and write the proper situation in the comment while uploading the complaint and make sure your GPS in on.
