As. The app is currently not working. It hasn't worked for me for about 3 to 4 days. When it does work, it takes forever to open after entering credentials,its slow once you do access the app. Not being able to access my account number is an issue unless on the actual website and functions that are now customary online banking apps simply don't exist here. I.e: being able to free my card or dispute transactions. This is is lacking and that's putting it mildly.

This is one of the worst apps! It never works with android devices. On Apple devices it is extremely slow to load. When you finally get access, the layout isn't appealing and is somewhat confusing. Absolutely user unfriendly. With so much technology out there, this app is completely outdated.

Cannot use the mobile deposit. It times out at a couple seconds and freezes the screen. I can't successfully take a photo. So frustrated! The old app would freeze too but at least I could get it to work if I moved fast enough. This one doesn't work, period

Horrible App that very, very rarely works. You know your app is terrible so why not find someone competent to fix it instead of responding to negative reviews with a message to "call us." Calling you defeats the purpose of having a quick, convenient means to do banking. I went to a shared branch to deposit a check since the app wouldn't work again, and your shared branching system was down also. I'm seriously reconsidering my banking choice.

Super buggy especially when trying to view CC account. Takes numerous tries to get it to show or the popup blocks or has no info. Also after logging out can't exit the app have to go to app manager to force close the app. Pretty useless. Like other have mentioned the webpage works better.

Never let me log in other than the first time that u change the password... I constantly have to be changing the password. And when I do it lags when typing it in like super slow one word a minute. I called and told them and they said I have to get the update but thier is no up date to update lol... Great credit union just not a great app...

I think this is the worst app I have ever used. Logs you out every two days and makes you do two step verification every few days, very very glitchy. Half the things in the app load with errors. Looks like it was deisgned by a child.

When logging in it always kicks me to the app store (Google play) to update, which I've done... once there it just gives me the option to open app. SO ESSENTIALLY I HAVE TO OPEN APP THROUGH GOOGLE PLAY EVERYTIME. As well it does not remember my login credentials, have to say not liking the layout either. Old version was much better 🤯

app always tells me it needs update but redirects me to App Store. Click "Open" and never saves my information. has been doing this for months. Now is just frozen on home screen.

For the past two days I can't open the app!! I use this app everyday now I have to log in through the website. Smh PLEASE PLEASE get some better software and update the app!! My other banking apps are easy to navigate and Never have a problem opening.

Unfortunately since the last update I'm not able to log into the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I had to reset my password. I was able to login that one time.

I have used the App with my google pixel phone for over 16 months. Suddenly stopped letting me handle Mobile Deposit about 40 days ago. It has not been resolved when attempted many methods and suggestions.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in it tells me there's a new version of the app and that I need to update it. It brings me back to the store where it shows me it's already updated. This app is junk.

Your app is worthless. After adding login onfo, nothing happens but blue circle going round and round. One star just so I can post....otherwise no stars.

Has Not Work Consistently. And not work at all in a week. Not have access to your account info web or app is NO BUENO.

The app moves slow, I can't view my statements. I can't go in and see how much longer I have to pay on my auto loan.

Login error, fingerprint login error, reset password login error, uninstalled error. Why am I bothering with this app it never works or gets a decent update

I'm always getting kicked out and resetting password is NOT use friendly. Never can get to account when I need to.

Does not let me log on. App previously sent me back to the app store to log on. This app is complete garbage!

With updates it's now a multiple step process to open the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled no change.

app request update every time i log in , the it redirects me to the current app . no update is available . better off using online site than the app , waste of time

Always have issues logging in with my fingerprints. Might just cancel my account

The app doesn't work great. It always directs me to call the 800 number because there is a "problem."

Was good now useless. Removed ability to paste passwords from password manager or clipboard.

every time I open the app it sends me to the download page and it's already downloaded.

Keeps asking me to update, which I do then fingerprint excess never works .

Quite possibly the worst mobile banking app on planet earth. You're better off sending a pigeon to retrieve your bank info

This app hasn't worked for days, used to have no issues. What's going on??
