It was working ok but now it won't access my camera to make a check deposit and I need to asap!!!! It's a clumsy app, not very nice to look at just basic and boring. I still use my tablet to transfer funds between this account and my other account at another bank. It also won't allow you access pending transactions smh This app is so frustrating
Stupid app won't let you see what charges have been posted! Stupid update!
I hate this new update, it's trash
If I have a closed account I don't want to have to keep looking at a closed account on my app.. I want the option to hide it or close it. It's dumb as hell
Took me 17 tries to get a check deposited on this app. Kept saying amount didn't match or couldn't read it...even the image was perfectly clear. SO FRUSTRATING
Unable to deposit a check on this current build. The image is blurry and won't allow any focus adjustments.

The new version is telling me that I have no network connection, when in fact I am pulling 17Mbs down and up thru my LTE connection. Something is broken.
I am unable to make a deposit. Tells me either the amounts don't match or that the picture is blurry. I have reported it. Was told they were able to do it. Reloaded app. ..no luck.
Can't login at all and have been unable to for months
Can't deposit a check since app won't access camera. What good is it to have the option if it doesn't work.
Wish there was push notifications when there's a deposit or transaction. Get tired of always having to open the app to check my balance to find out things have been withdrawn days ago without me knowing.
It's always giving me log in issues. Always says it's unable to validate my account. Then, when trying to reset my password, it asks me a security question I didn't set up. It's been useless for months now.
The app doesn't appear to allow clipboard data to be pasted into the password field for login. I use a password manager to create highly secure passwords; the kind of passwords you can't remember. If I can't copy and paste my strong SWACU password into the app, then the app is useless to me. If the developer is disabling the paste feature purposely, they should update the app to allow users to enable or disable clipboard operations as they see fit. Disabling pasting promotes use of weak passwords.
I haven't even been able to log in the past few days. I just get a system error message to call the Dallas branch. What's the point of having an app that rarely works. Not to mention how archaic it looks/feels. Probably the most basic banking app out there.
This app works fairly well. Main complaint is that it will log you out very easily. Trying to use another app or switch to a webpage cause to be logged out more often than not. I don't kind a timed logout for security, but this app is too sensitive.
It's fine for reviewing my accounts and making transfers, but I can do that on the web site. Check deposits is a great feature if it works. I was able to when it first came out, but now it simply says to keep retaking the pic.... It's in no way blurry, and has access to however many megapixels a galaxy s4 can provide. Soooooo frustrating I'd rather just deposit the funds at another bank.
Frustrating. Hardly works on weekends, any function beyond checking balance never seems to work.
I haven't been able to get on this app in over a week. Just an error that says to call the support number or the Dallas office. The app claims to be up to date
It used to work, but most of the time it doesn't even get you to the login screen anymore.
For those like me that keep getting errors. I totally uninstalled the app & re-downloaded it. Works fine now.
I haven't been able to log in for about 2 weeks now. I keep getting a system error. I just uninstalled and now reinstalling let's see if it works
There needs to be better directions for check deposits. It doesn't state the verbiage needed on the check until you've already submitted the check. Then you have to wait for the deposit to fail in order to resubmit check.
Doesn't give me the option to picture deposit checks it's like my app never updates but says it's up to date
Slow to log in, unintuitive, check images are upside down when taking picture
After update the app doesn't open anymore.
New update won't allow me to access my account. It automatically updated and when i try to open the app, it tells me to update it again. I've uninstalled and installed, turned my phone on and off and i still cannot open it.
