Swagbucks

I've just wasted 30 minutes completing a survey which crashed just before the end, so no payment for me. Tried to contact support, but you can only submit a ticket with supporting documents, and I didn't get a screenshot. This happens too often with this app, and it's not a problem I encounter frequently with others I use. Swagbucks always make you jump through hoops to get any customer support, and payments for a lot of surveys pend for ages. I'll use other providers in future.

App is pretty good. Had a bug that wouldn't let me open it and couldn't send Support a message thru the website so I left a review asking for help. I didn't get a chance to contact them again before the issue was fixed so A+ for that. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review is Magic Receipts can be glitchy at times and I lose out on SB because of it. Doesn't happen that often though and it is usually right before another app update so I never make a fuss about it.

Takes a while to earn Swagbucks needed for rewards. Some surveys your not a good fit for. Then you only get credit for half of the ones you do complete. Can't contact customer service without filling out a ticket and you can submit the ticket without uploading supporting screen shots. So take screenshots of every survey you complete to make sure you get credit for them. I learned the hard way, a lot of wasted time. 😞

Trying to do any surveys is pointless when I get kicked out on any question because I picked the "wrong" answer and this didn't "qualify" to complete the survey resulting in 0 SB for my wasted time. None of the play-to-earn games available are even worth downloading. Swagbucks arent worth squat and uploading receipts takes way too many steps. Watching videos requires a separate app. FetchRewards does receipt scanning better and faster. Everything SB offers is a complete waste of time and effort.

This app is a COMPLETE SCAM. It kicks you out of surveys and scanning receipts. I don't care what the rules and restrictions are, what's the point of these activities and they wont let you complete them. Another problem is this app makes it harder to get points even though you can complete the easiest tasks, but it kicks you out of them. Im not saying it should be easy but the amount of points given is not enough to gain points like scan receipts for every 2 SB. This app is complete bull

I go to do surveys. Firstly they'll take you through minutes of repetitive nonsense before deciding if you're a suitable candidate. Then, if you are, the survey will take longer than you were told and you won't get the points you were told. Definitely scrapping this as soon as I get enough "swagbucks" to do so. 12/5/2022 Still as above, however, the magic receipts can be a good way to earn points. One issue I've found is I can't upload them through the app so I have to take a photo and then upload through the website on a pc (won't work on my phone for some reason). Had one rejected. Went to upload it again and the offer went missing so I've spent money on items I'll not get any reward for. Trying to get to their customer service is too difficult.

You can make money, gift cards, and recieve cash back from purchases, surveys, playing games, and does pay out without any issues. My only complaint is that a lot of times you'll find yourself jumping through hoops to get a few SB (swag bucks.) Those are what you trade for money or gift cards. All in all, it's not a bad app, and a legitimate way to generate a little side money.

Earning points and redeeming isn't rocket science BUT wish they would change the surveys time. Says 10minutes and then that one rolls onto another that says 20mins, I've had this a lot and it is frustrating because you don't get points for the first one you completed and doesn't register for the 'attempt survey' daily before rolling over to the next. Other than that it it a good money builder.

I give this app 4 stars and do recommend it for this who have free time and wanna actually get paid to do multiple things, surveys, games, watch ads they do pay. I've have used it on and off for about 10 years if not longer and I've gotten about $10,000 in totals. However I wouldn't go more than 6 months inactive of you can help it. They close your account and you'll lose and swag bucks you have. I went a year and lost almost 30,000 swags sb because of inactivity. Even tho I did get 400 as a wb

App is ok. It's a lot better now than it was before. But surveys are still a problem as some work and some don't. Search engine doesn't work as good as website platform. Getting points is like pulling teeth anymore for searching. For someone who isn't glued to the internet, not sure if it's really worth it. Getting an occasional gift card is about it. As I am not going to purchase every little thing to get points.

Usually works very very well. I noticed recently that though I ordered 2 Visa cards with my rewards I only received one. I tried to the second time and same thing only I got charged for two the first time. The second time I just had them resend me the same cards. I've been earning Swagbucks for quite a few years now and for the most part there really good. Both about showing ways to earn Swagbucks and paying out when you do. Except once in awhile when they have a glitch.

Not sure why my previous review got deleted. The layout is quite messy and it is difficult to navigate within the surveys themselves. Also if you start a survey, then accidentally hit the back button, best of luck figuring out how to resume it.

Overall, not bad. It's slow. It glitches on Magic Receipts for me often. It's not the same as SB Live. I've actually followed links to the ads. I just like my pc version better than the ap. *update: 6 months and at least 1 software update and it's much better. Magic receipts don't glitch nearly as much. I still like my PC version better but I find it easier to read on the bigger screen. Overall, I'm pleased. Adding a star.

Still learning my way around Swagbucks. But I am enjoying it very much, and I do like the daily challenges that they offer. Seems pretty easy to get around and find what your looking for too. Only just downloaded it so time will tell. I may either have more good things to add, unless I encounter something I just don't like or can't figure out. But I will update if anything changes!

I use to think this was a decent app even tho it takes them a week to email 1 gift card but I've changed my mind. They screwed me out of a 600 SB survey. It shows on my activity page completed and exactly how long it took to do which was 26 minutes. It also refuses to let me open a support ticket either. how convenient that is. Well there's a lot of other reward apps out there, Swagbucks your not the only one!

The apps okay. The surveys are hit and miss although it is a little frustrating when you get 5 mins into a survey then it decides its no longer right for you. I used to like playing the various games for rewards but just recently have found it isn't always crediting me with the points I should get. Try to contact support but either support form won't submit or you don't hear back.

So, still agree with my past review. Still laggy. But more seamless. The image scanner AI needs to do better with the receipt scanning and recognizing items "I haven't used it to it's full potential but it seems pretty straightforward. Though there is lag in a lot of surveys and many don't load. I try to keep patience in mind as it's still "free" money. I haven't tried redeeming my points as the rewards are high trades. I feel like building points can be difficult for those without the time."

BEWARE!! I downloaded this app and other similar apps. I completed an offer and confirm my phone number, but haven't received the Swagbucks for it. I sent a ticket with the required information, including a screenshot of the email with the offer, in a few hours I received an email asking for a government-issued ID that include my clear photo, my Country/State, Name, Birthdate, and Expiration Date. That doesn't sound right. No other app requires that sensitive information to redeem. BEWARE!!

Sometimes I don't get all my credits from running grocery receipts. When I go into recent activity to put a customer service call It will not let me add a file take a pic of receipt. I have an Android. My friend has an I phone and she has no problem. I hope you can fix it. It's been that way for a year.

If you have free time and enjoy giving feedback, surveys are an easy way to make money! I make about $100 a month on Swagbucks when I take surveys daily and avidly. It's a great alternative to mindlessly browsing social media. I use the points to buy a PayPal cash card and transfer the money from PayPal to my real bank account. I've never used another survey app other then Swagbucks and I think it's great!

Constant stream of surveys, which is good if you're getting screened out a lot on bad days. Got my first reward to cash out in about a week and with basic daily SB gain there'll definitely be more no matter how much actual effort I put in on lazy days or weeks. Lost a star only because it's more focused on US users with a lot of offers not available to me in the UK. Nothing major, just not gaining that last star just yet.

A little glitchy when it comes to some surveys. Sometimes it tries to open the browser instead of staying in the app. It won't always give points for rejected surveys either. And some surveys definitely underestimate the amount of time needed, making the points earned not worth the effort.

App is all of a sudden crashing as of today been using for years cleared cache data rebooted phone even unistalled app. Samsung Galaxy S10 when it crashes I get that it has a bug and to update when fixed but there is no updates available. I use Swagbucks mostly on my phone. Until this is fixed I go to 1 Star.

I started using Swagbucks recently and have appreciated getting the gift cards, which are especially helpful in these tough economic times. However there are some problems I have with this app. One issue is why does it take so long to get the gift cards? Another issue is I purchased a certain item to get more Swagbucks, when the receipt was reviewed, my Swagbucks were rejected. I sent pictures of the receipt again plus pictures of the item and still I was rejected. Why? Goodbye Swagbucks.

Customer support is a joke. Attaching files is an obligation yet button to select files is broken. Also, attaching is irrelevant when 99% of issues are from surveys that I cannot reaccess. Can't exactly predict the future to have know an error would occur and take screnshot

Just started back on my cash back apps . I have to say swagbucks has a larger variety with earning bucks then other money back apps. I enjoyed it before and I see nothing different other then upgrades however I've not quite got scanning my receipts.Im new to that I did submit 1 receipt but that was all it would allow and I barely earned any swagbucks off a hundred dollar grocery receipt so that's the only downfall.Maybe someone knows if there is a max on receipts let me know!

Horrible. Everytime I tried to make an account after I typed me email and created a password then went to the log in screen it'd say that I already had an account with that email. So I'd go tk the forgot password option, reset the password and it would say password changed successfully then I would go to log on page and it would tell me invalid credentials or incorrect email/password combination. Like I said horrible experience and I didn't even get to interact with the program!
