Swagbucks Answer

Don't bother with this app, it will just drive you CRAZY!! I'd give it zero stars if possible, as it is unusable. Can't get in at all, could NEVER use. Tried MANY times to get in since first downloading. It says my email is already used, but won't let me sign in or change the password, absolutely no way to actually contact anyone to help sort it out. They have spots on the site to try to address these issues, NONE of them work. You can't actually send a help request, nor does it let to change your password when you go in to do that... RIDICULOUS!! Tried many different days, many different ways, finally gave up and uninstalled!!

The surveys are rare to come by and the if you don't answer them as soon as they pop up you risk your chance at earning the points as they disappear. A few surveys have disappeared when I was answering one. I don't know if this is an issue with the app or not but it's kind of frustrating. The UI is passable at best, it would be great if the developers tried to make the UI better looking and smooth to navigate.

I'm pretty sure this app is a scam of some sort. I signed up using an affiliated link from YouTube with a promise of a $5 credit. After signing up it never was added. I tried to 20 minute surveys for around 80 points and each ended with an error message and when I checked my usage I was not credited and it shows like I never took the surveys (I took screen shots of both error screens). Don't waste your time and don't bother downloading.

This app has loads of surveys to complete. Various time to complete, various reward values, and various topics. I'm new at surveys but it's extremely simple. Just answer simple questions about a wide variety of things. Such as where you eat out, what kind of things you drink, any medical conditions you or family might have, and much more. Great way to pass time waiting in a line or waiting room. I dig it. So far

A lot of the surveys I try and take, usually don't let me through, they load, load, load, but then it goes back to the home screen saying how it apologizes for any inconvenience and awards me 1 SB for wasting my time (in other words more or less), but other than that, when I do get in to a survey and complete it, it actually does award me for what it says it is going to award me with. I do have to say this app IS better than the SB "official" app in regards to taking and completing surveys.

It is not worth even trying to do surveys in this. You will get almost finished, then get disqualified for no clear reason. Many people have gotten outright banned because they clicked on the wrong birthday or something. Receipt scanning is mostly useless. Most receipts are either 'wrong store' or 'duplicate', both of which are BS done to avoid giving you credit.

I really like some of the questioniars however, when scanning in Daily receipt a lot of them won't register due to "not in my area" which is just a Mall glitch bc I live out in the woods so it's not recognizing different surrounding areas. Other than that it seems to be pretty reasonable and fun. Some of more time consuming than others. Overall, I think 🤔 I'm gonna enjoy it.

as of late, the Watch videos don't load properly or they just stop playing and you lose credit for watching. coupon apps do not work well most of the time. Uploading receipts doesn't work right most of the time for the In-Store credits. Doesn't let you upload longer receipts that need 2 pics or more for full receipt. Very frustrating trying to get SBs and Customer Service can't seem to help get things fixed. Coupons still don't print, not accepting phone numbers.

It's nice in theory, but the time commitment required for any good rewards is a bit crazy. Most of the time, you'll make less than minimum wage for the time required. That alone would make it not worth it, since most of the surveys take so long, but theres another problem: most of the surveys don't work on mobile. I was booted out of several surveys I'd already spent 10-20 minutes on with absolutely no reward. Don't waste your time on it until they fix some things on the app.

This app is seriously amazing! It's so simple & easy to use. You're able to take as many surveys as want back-to-back. After completion of them my account is always credited the correct amount of SBs. With all surveys, if after a few Q's I dnt qualify for it then my account is still accredited a few SBs so my time doesn't feel wasted or anything. It would definitely get 5-stars frm me if there was option to watch videos for SBs or if there were more stores I could take pic of receipt for SBs for.

This is one of the worst apps to try and make money. I played for months taking many surveys spending many hours of my time, and was finally able to get enough points for a Walmart gift card. I went to Walmart and I checked the app before entering Walmart, and the gift card was still valid I wanted it to be available quickly for when I get to the checkout, and when I did which was about 10 minutes later, it had already expired. I contacted the company a few times with negative results.

I REALLY ENJOY this app. i love to pull up the app while waiting for appointments or during free time, the best is i can do it any where and any time. Its fun, easy, and rewarding. Real rewards. Family interactive. And i've learned a few new things about myself. Love the realness and also family friendly serveys. Earning points from shopping too watching clips and even receits. Can't say enough about this app. Extra cash for bills, gifts, family and me. Thank you!

This app has lots of bugs and performance issues, the worse one being, right before I answer a survey (what supposedly the app is for) it takes me out and says that even though I didn't make it to the end they give me 2SB... instead of taking the survey! It's infuriating and happens all the time, if it's not fixed, this app is not worth your time

I keep getting an error message: "snap! it looks like we're having trouble processing your receipt". i have read the tips on how to upload them, tried different lighting, flash on/off, zoom into the receipt & divide it to sections or get the whole receipt in one frame. I've also made sure the pictures are readable but no matter what i do, the app won't accept the receipts. and i've tried uploading receipts from different grocery stores but it seems like nothing is acceptable! 😤

It is very hard to make the daily goals.. I have been with swagbucks since 2009. Rarely does many things in Discover do not credit. I rarely get any survey that I qualify for. And the mobile watch apps are ridiculous. I am not happy with Swagbucks.. I cannot even do the swago boards. SB live is at an inconvenient time for me. Th8ngs get even harder after Christmas.. Sadly, I probably will not do swagbucks after the beginning if the year.

Waste of time. You get disqualified on the very last question or get an error message of some sort and end up with no credits despite completing the survey. And there is NO WAY to submit a Help Centre request because you simply have no way to access the information that is required to submit the request in the first place. *Updated Nov. 2019: App is even worse than I thought. Receipts from Real Canadian Superstore are always rejected.

It is a fun and easy way to make extra money. I've been doig surveys, playing games, watching videos, doing search, and much more for years. I can make a easy $100 in just an hour a day. If you play games and like to answer surveys and get to know the platform it is a way I relieve stress from work and life. I do surveys from many different places but this one is my favorite.

This used to be a great app with a lot of good paying surveys. Some even paid upwards of 2500 SB. But that ended about a year ago. Now most surveys that pay more than 500 SB (and there aren't many) have a 4-5 week payout delay. Bring back those 3rd party, lucrative surveys that pay within a few days and I'll be back with a better rating.

So many errors! For the umpteenth time I spent a good chunk of time on a survey (at least 10 minutes, maybe longer) and then the program hits an error or page won't load properly and I get no credit for all the time spent. Happens a LOT on this app. What a waste of time.
