so.. so far this app seems really stupid and useless. why would you need to create a profile that connects to your email, when its an app for wirelessly controling an electric scooter? you seriously have to type in a password to use your own scooter? the functions are pretty cool cruise mode after 5sec of holding a certain speed you can tap to choose the gear/speed the scooters on tap to turn on the head light tracks speed and distance of the trip and overall the best feature is the slide and go

FINALLY AN UPDATE! Since the day I downloaded this app and got my scooter on Christmas day, this app wasn't working at all, it wouldn't open. But now it's working, I paired it to my scooter and it's good, one thing that I would like foxed in the next update however is the system UI, it doesn't look very pleasing as I would like for it to be, and hopefully they keep this up, and it won't crash again.

The scooter itself is freaking awesome. But every time I go to register on the app it keep saying email send fail I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it several times restarted my phone and everything and still keep saying the same thing please fix issue

This app is very limited. It would be great if this app had an actual lock feature were I could lock my scooter using a pin or biometrics. It would also be great if kept your phone screen awake while using it and riding. Come on developers use your imagination. There could be so much more to this app other than just being a speedometer and light switch.

When i got the app it wouldn't link to my BT and was a pain to figure out. I had to search for device in the app and then turn on the swag. It completely refused to work the other way around for me, but my friend got the app to test it and it hooked up by turning on the swag and then using the app to link up. The features this app aren't necessery, but sure help out

Doesn't work with Android 10!!! It worked with Android 9 then my phone updated to Android OS 10 and this app stopped working. All my other apps work just fine. I emailed this company and I have not received any response from them. They could do better.

App crashes when clicking to pair/connect. Android 10, samsung galaxy s9. Also confused, this is the same as fireplus apk outside Play store? The store wanted me to download the fireplus app but scooter whas identified as swagger 5 in the app, but the physical scooter is branded as Nitrox 8. However both apps crashes the same way. Would really like to remove the cruise control... Also you registration form for entering email does not allow "_" sign. Had to use secondary email.

🚩🚩🚩This app seems like it no longer works... Or is now a scam app...🚩🚩🚩 When I launched the app it needed access to everything... Yah, NOT gonna happen...👎 When I tryed to sign into my old account it's not accepting my email due to it having special characters?... Why?... I repeatedly tried to pair it with my scooter and it never connected. My phone can see the scooter but the app does nothing...

The app dosnet work. And I dint understand why you need an app in the first place to play blue tooth because your obviously gonna listen music off of YouTube or Spotify or apple music. So now I have a scooter that Bluetooth dosent work and its there blinking on the scooter useless.

registration and login screens dont allow input of special characters. special characters are in most people's email addresses. complete fail. i imagine the need to register the app stems from the fact that this is a rebranded xiaomi scooter from china, so the ccp need that info. no thanks.

Was working fin in December...now it does not work at all. Samsung s10 security upgrade to the os in Feb. If i was still able to return the product I would. Do not buy this product...without the app many features do not work. Cannot believe that they would ignore this many customers...

app took a while to download... i restarted my phone and it downloaded immediately.. (samsung note 8) app works fine, no crashes. all functions work smooth and quickly. pleased so far.

Will track your milage and speed but won't record any of it. So if it happens to disconnect during a trip you want to track too bad. It gets reset.

This app gives you false info about the distance you have travelled more than doubling the actual distance. My round trip is exactly 3.2 miles in google maps but the app says it is exactly 7 miles.

Horrible doesn't connect to my phone emailed customer service and they could careless buy a different manufacturer scooter!! Samsung note 10+ does not work with your lame app!! It's still not fixed for android 10. No way to use light without connecting via phone unsafe. Hurry up and fix your app!

I would give it no stars if I could. The verification email kept failing to send so I couldn't even set up an account. I love my scooter but the app is trash.

Can you please upgrade or fix the app to be compatible with the latest Android version. It is kept saying the app is not compatible with the newer version of Android.

Couldn't even get into the app because I have Android version 10, and the app isn't updated to the latest android version because they're too lazy to update their app. If there was a 0 star rating, that's what I would rate it. Smh >:(

It should only need access to Bluetooth devices. It needs access to way more permissions than it needs. Why do you need access to my media, or phone calls too? Uninstalled

I can't even register in the app. Absolutely ridiculous. My email has underscores an I can't even use it. Im not creating a new one just for this damn app please fix it.

App won't open on my Note 10 no updates available for it to work. Bought this scooter brand new and can't get anything to work. Seriously swagtron fix the app problem. I'm not the only one.

Needs a login and ALL phone permissions to use a scooter you already paid for? Sketchy as hell, shouldn't need any of that, except maybe a security-related login, but that's not an offer so this app is a hard pass.

people complain to much! this app is so easy to use!! i have the galaxy s10+ and it fits right in the holder it came with!! i can see everything i need.. simple and fun!!

its useful to turn off cruise control because cruise control sucks on this scooter and mine shipped turned on no problems installing just wish they would update it to tweak my speed as i only get top speed of 15 mph on the flat

0 stars. Bluetooth will not connect on brand new Swagger5. "Customer Support" is useless when contacted. If you get the scooter don't plan on Bluetooth connection with this manufacturer.

won't work and my security app said this is known to put at risk for trojans and other bad malware type stuff. If anyone knows how to use the mobile Bluetooth features please let us know

App won't register. Gives network error. Manufacturer PLEASE RESPOND!!! Look at all of these people having the same issue! RESPOND!!!

Useless App!!!! If I can't register I can't use the app to 'unlock' full features of the bike, what good is the bike! I gave money for this, and I can't even properly use it!! I'm returning the bike for a refund, Swagtron, you need to work on this!

just bought my new sw swagger 5 and was disappointed to see you can no longer register on the app. please fix this issue as bluetooth was my main reason for buying this device.
