The problem is some difference between Androids running system and iOSs running system. I downloaded the app on my iPad and it worked just fine with the product. Same with on an iPhone it worked fine. However anything on a Android system so pretty much anything other than an Apple product the app will not work at all. It should be such a simple fix for what had potential to be a great product

Cannot even register for an account. Asking for a verification code during the email and password setup for the account. I can see entering the verification code after the account has been created after the system gets an email address. I talked with support and they told me to try a different email address and different phone even. Um...no. Even better yet why do we even need to setup up an account. The app should just be the interface to the lights with no account or registration needed.

The worst app ever. No exaggeration. It's very nearly unusable. Fails every single time trying to upload a gif. And fails most of the time just trying to connect. It's remarkably, exceptionally bad. Returning product to Amazon.

Does not pair. Contacted support and their advice is to try a different device. I've tried my galaxy s9, iphone 10, and an Galaxy Tab A. All devices that should have no problem running this app correctly. Stop stealing peoples $100 for a light that one cannot control as advertised! I've spent over $200 and have fancy lights that i can only use in default mode, not able to control them as advertised. I will correct this review once this app is fixed! I do not recommend anyone buy this!
