Swagtron T580 warrior XL. Couldn't control modes with app. Bluetooth Music worked well. Left side wheel motor quit working. We were quickly sent a replacement through Amazon which worked great... until we linked the board to the app! Immediately, the left side wheel motor quit working, just like the first board. Calibration doesn't work. Both boards agree useless now! They should take down this app... Very disappointing.

Mediocre. The app is very finicky, requiring me to close an re-open it several times before it connects. The connection process itself is also very janky; you click on your scooter model, select your scooter, and you're thrown into the interface. At this point, the app may or may not connect. If it does, then the interface will start working. Once the app is connected, it works great. You can see your speed, adjust the scooter, and even see an odometer! It's great. Too bad it's so unreliable.

The hoverboard's performance and app's main features aside, bluetooth connection is an issue. I started by resetting my hoverboard, for password to reset. When the hoverboard is connected via the 'Settings' app on my phone, it connects with the password 000000 (default). However, once scanning on the SWAGTRON APP is complete, it does not accept the same password. This I assume, an app glitch, as the hoverboard was reset properly. SWAGTRON, kindly check the above mentioned complaint. Thanks.

Pretty dope that you can control the speed like a remote from your phone... It does have annoyance with connecting the music and the machine itself as two separate Bluetooth devices. Maybe it's because of the model that we have that we got in 2018 but it constantly kicks me off the swagtron remote to play music. Like why is the music the dominate Bluetooth device always connecting to my phone and why can't it be used simultaneously?

Good hoverboard, terrible manual and app! Got a T580 for my daughter for Christmas. The manual is poorly written with little to no guidance on installing and using the app. Still haven't figured out how to play music on it. I can't sign up for a new account because it tells me "that email is occupied", no matter what email address. This app and the manual that comes with the board needs a redesign ASAP. Disappointed because these were some of the reasons I chose this board for my daughter.

Good board (only reason I'm giving 2 stars). Now let's talk about the App. shall we, I can get the music to play just fine but the app doesn't let me use options such as (modes), changing settings/password. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times. This is aggravating & disappointing..

Can't use the app or turn the hover board on. Very disappointing. My email is occupied. What? It connects to the music app but not the board T580. It shows a T3 and T6 but not the model I bought.

The hoverboard is AWESOME and when you play music on it its really cool definetly worth it, the app is a little confusing but once you understand its really easy to work! This works for android and apple thats what i know so far. Also youtube helped me learn how to connect it to bluetooth.

It broke in less than a month. Wrote to Swagtron to ask for help. Because I paid for the extra insurance. I have yet to receive any help at all. Also the Swagtron app. Might be cool if it actually did what they claim. " It only plays music." The red light , ok. But The green & blue lights are useless & no white lights. So if you need to see,to bad. also good luck airing up the tires there's no one way valve.and it's crooked, because the right wheel takes off when ever it wants. I want to like it

Why even spend the money to create an app that doesn't work? Makes no sense. Bluetooth will not connect. App will not connect to the hoverboard. Garbage. Tons of bad reviews and no attempt by the creators to issue any updates to the app in the past 4 months.

Minimal functionality. With the T6 hover board, the "Modes" section doesn't work correctly and that's the main feature I'm interested in.

Will not connect to t580. Everything my son tries to connect his t580 to the app it won't. And it reverts to saying a t3 but not connected. Dissapointed in app.

I like the app and it connects to my hover board.....but when I try to Connect the music I don't see an option for "swagtron music ".

Hoverboard is excellent, but this app is terrible. I can't get past the start screen.

Absolutely awful app. Not user friendly. Took 20mins to finally connect the app to my kid's T580, but when I close, then open the app, it disconnects again.

I need some help with my hoverboard I got it from SWAGTRON and the model that I have it a T580 I'm having trouble connecting it to my phone I downloaded the app and put in the right model and my Bluetooth is on and the hoverboard is on what am I doing wrong I hope someone can explain what I'm doing wrong

This app does not work with my Swag tron T6. The most it's done is show me how fast I am going. I think this app Needs to be updated.

The best in Hoverboard races with friends just make sure your hoverboard is on and open the app then edit the settings and your good

Bluetooth doesn't allow use of the speakers, both with the product's Bluetooth use, and with the app's Bluetooth use.

The only problem I had was connecting because I had to force connect it and also it thinks my t580 is a t3

stuck on start page. says press power button to turn on device. device not accepting blutooth pairing, so ap is stuck

If youre having difficulty with the app, it's because you're stupid and dunno how to follow directions.

Works okay. Some functions dont always work correctly.
