It's time to remake this app from ground up. While it's works well and straight forward. When it is broken it does not function well at all. I cannot gives this app 1 star. Functionality is there. Just needs modern secure app upgrades, like saved information, bio login in, pass ode. Just needs to be quicker........ And also works, been down for a month

Unable to log in. I have a Note 8 and it just keeps circling as I try to log in. Never had any issues before. Please FIX THE PROBLEM. It's so much easier to book a flight through the app, when it actually works.

I have a Samsung android J3 phone. About 6 months ago I updated the CUSTOMER app and it deleted it instead and unable to reinstall the SWA CUSTOMER app. The customer app is no longer in the play store on my phone. Called SWA and they dont have any customer service for IT support. Shame on them!

I agree with the other reviews. It use to work great but recently, it doesn't allow you to log in. I thought the issue would be resolved by now but it's been a little over a month for me and nothing. Very unfortunate

App on both of my devices states that I need to have wifi or data connectivity...which I DO. Hasn't worked for the past several attempts.

Was working fine, but now it just circles when I am using my android. Seems to work on my iPad, which I don't use often. This is very inconvenient.

Have not been able to log in for several months now, deleted the app altogether. Please fix and update because it was very useful at one point!!

Used to work, but now it won't let me log in on my Note 8 anymore. After entering a username and password, I get a spinning circle indefinitely.

This is non an app for non employees, Ive been told the other app I have used for years booking flights is out dated but this employee app is the only one offered. How will I book flights or check in to the flights I have already booked ? Very confused

Does not accept valid login with valid rewards number and valid password that work online for account. Fails. Uninstall, re-install, still fails. Repeatedly.

App just stopped working. It keeps telling me that I have no wifi or service. Worked fine for 4 year's now it's useless

They deleted their very friendly customer app. This one is for employees, I can't imagine why they got rid of their app. Hopefully we can get it back soon.

It just spins forever and never opens on my Android device. Works fine on my iPad, though.

They clearly just walked away from it. I wish they could have taken the time to keep this going. it is a huge hassle to do this on a phone without that app

Totally useless. Cant get pass the create account screen. Stupid and cannot be trusted. Doesnt even worth a fraction of a star let alone 1

Haven't been able to log in for sometime now... I've uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing... Just says " We Are Currently Unable To Process Your Request" :-(

I thought it was my Password issue or my phone . I hope they are making it better. Really please fix it we need it. Thanks

Often goes down. Its been down 3 days this time. Very sad. It makes it much more difficult to list.

After update it won't let me log in. Tells me my device needs to have a signal or be connected to wifi which it is.

Keep saying my password is incorrect when it's not. Works on a regular browser but not the app

This appears to be an employee app. My current app said it was no longer compatible with my device. Where is new app for us loyal customers?

Old app worked well, unable to log in to new app. Appears to be for employees not customers.

New App appears to be for employees...old app worked just fine and still does on iPad.
