Swann DigiView

It has been working for me for long time now and works as it worked 3 years ago No updates, when take a picture the app restarts but it does save the picture and you can view it after restart. It does not record video, it would be a nice update if will record. Giving 4 starts because been working good for me when I'm away from home. Not the best but does the Job for me.

Connection failed to my phone, have tried that many times, will not work, needs to be fixed up or an updated program. Not happy at all, just terrible.

It seems that microphone noise is no longer transmitted, is that something to do with the latest Google /Android updates?

Does not work on Android phone. Just says loading and/or connection failed.

Unsupported, does not work at all. What's the point of a camera and an app that doesn't work.

There is virtually no night vision. Get better video from cheaper isecurity or Tend Minion cameras.

No updates. Was very good but now it's not showing the recorded events

App won't work on my Android Samsung phone...no updates apparently. Works on IPad though...for now.

App perpetually "loading". Another one that just doesn't work.

Buyer beware, total failure of an app, software doesn't support cameras or phone compatiblity at all

Ok for viewing but the snap shot feature makes the pgm shut down in error

Only works on Wi-Fi, so hardly works like it should – because it doesn't work trying to connect over non-Wi-Fi. Whilst it still gives notifications over cellular, you then can't see anything. Really needs work, but not updated even once in all the years I tried to use it. Very disappointing, especially given the strong Swann name.

Had an issue with the constant notifications bugging me, but after some digging I found the option to shut them off. Crashes occasionally, but otherwise works well. Would love an option to access it locally, when my phone is on the same network as the device, as well as an option to view the feeds from my PC, but those gripes are outside the scope of the app itself.

I have sent multiple reports,still stops working lg g2 Verizon.Needs to be updated for kitkat users im thinking.

Get different results every day. It started with giving me alerts and live feed but no events. Then the alerts stopped and video feed started. Now I get an indication that there was video but no video and still no alerts. Live feed only.

It freezes a lot and it takes a long time to look at the cameras. I would have never bought swann if i knew it was this bad.

Infared doesnt work very well at night. Have to press buttons on screen several times before it does anything. Rarely can connect to device on app even if im connected to network at home. Freezes and closes app when trying to use screen shot button in app. Cant use playback on app because it freezes or runs at 0 - 5 fps. Doesnt always notify me on phone when it senses movement and when it does,cant even watch playback or by the time i finally get app to connect whatever was in the frame is gone.

Can't take screen captures using the on-screen button. App keeps on crashing. When you change to higher resolution video streams it defaults back to vga after opening the app again from the background. Disappointing that there has been no updates of late and the camera system is still available for sale. Where is the ongoing support from Swann?
