Have had zero problems and I've had my pan n tilt for many, many years so not sure why everyones giving 1 star. Maybe its you network or networking skills!! Those of you saying it doesn't record video well thats not that Apps fault, you need a cam that will record video to a chip or the cloud idiots!!

Not a update app for new android phones
First security camera I have used that punched a hole through my wired internet router without any user intervention. The only problem I've found is if you don't hang the camera upside down, the tilt swipe commands are backwards, despite the SW settings.
No option to turn off when out of wifi range. Rang up a big bill with unplanned data usage
Works great for me I didn't know there was a pan & tilt till I read some instructions then figured out how to pan the camera around the room from across town I love this little program only con that I can think of now is that I wish there was a way to record with it instead of just taking photos maybe they'll do it in a future upgrade
Can't even turn the IR on/off using this what's the point if you're not gonna match the functionality of the app to that of the camera
Could do with more functionality. Would be nice if you could adjust email settings from app for example turn motion notifications on / off and adjust sensitivity instead of having to use the web browser. Would also be good to be able to set / adjust pan and tilt presets from the app again instead of using the web browser.
Camera after mounted when rotated projectes the image upside down.you actually hve to unmount camera to be able to rotate your camera 180* or more if you want to be able to see your image correctly on your camera screen
Since my phone updated to 5.0.1 android it crashes all the time

Could use programmed camera positioning. Other functions are very basic.

how do you get the device settings (UID & Security code to login to a galaxly s4)?
I looked on back of the camera as pic showed. My uid is 12 characters long and got a note saying it will only accept 20 characters, where do the other 8 come from?

Was on hold for 45 minutes! Foreign representative could only read from script, (not very well) could not converse with him. Told someone would call me back, that was 3 days ago! Camera & App still not working!
The app doesn't allow you to record video. It crashes constantly and drops out through wifi. The pan and tilt feature is uncontrollable in the app. In hindsight I could of brought 3 ebay cameras for the same price with a far superior app.
