Terrible. I have been unable to get the app to work correctly so I can disarm the alarm! Service support suggested I close the app and restart it or try again in an hour. Offered a call back service in 36 hours. In the meantime I cannot access my house. Not good enough

As far as I can till I would have better results burning the cash I paid for this camera. Can't create an account from the app and the website is so glitchy I can't even great an account from there. Total and utter scrap! Is a real shame you have to give it a star to leave a review

This the 2nd time Ive purchased swan . Shame on me. The box and all the features seem cool.... But most products are not userfriendly at all... Seems like every buy should come with a technician to come out and adequately install the systems. If my camera doesnt start working for me... Im done with swann. The Siren, Sensors, work really well.. Man that indoor siren. Ps way tomany apps officially put out by swann. Figure it guys. .. Or make alarms. Customer support only took 24 hours ehh

Don't buy this Swannone product. The camera is not working. the apps is also hopeless.Support in Australia is zero response. Luckily didn't subscribe their services. Return asap as you can.

Too many bug's, now I have ring alarm is perfect , I waste my money and part of my life in that sht.....

Push notifications don't work. Can only see notifications in the app.

I found the SwannOne Hub and this app absolutely worthless. I wont be buying a Swann product again.

App just does not work. I spent £££ on the whole home system and can't even use it.

Terrible app, never works, never connects to the camera, so disappointed

wanted to give no stars, crashes, wont reset, wont activate appliances, hangs, rubbish

just updated the other day and now can't view my cameras from my phone without laggy playback. fix your app !!!!!!!

$200 for one camera... Problem is it will almost never connect which kinda defeats the whole purpose... Doesn't it? Then after such a terrible experience they want me to fork out $35 a month for any features worth having... haha, yeah right!!.... At least they have a sense of humour...

too many bugs, doesn't push notifications on my Galaxy S9. cameras take way too long to load if it loads at all, pretty much useless. hardware is good, just get some decent software! not acceptable for an $800Aud home security kit.

What a terrible, terrible app. Cameras is good quality but app hardly works. I can very rarely see live footage, and it crashes all the time.

Constantly reporting false alarms... This app & related hardware have too many defects to list here. Absolute rubbish!

Unresponsive app when switching modes or on basic operations such as deleting devices from system. Camera integration is poor and doesn't work half the times. There are better solutions in market and certainly won't recommend spending your hard earned money on this ecosystem which isn't reliable.

This is a fantastic apps if it's work. This apps freezes most of the time, won't send push notification most of the time and can't turn the motion sensor on most of the time. Im surprised that big company like Swann is having this kind off problems. If my house is buglered I will sue the company.

This app has been developed nicely but it does not work perfectly. It is very intermittent sometime works and sometime does not. You can't trust on it. Anyway they tried to make a good product.

Hardly serves its purpose. Takes forever to see live view on your mobile. Constantly freezing. Terrible app

Swann please fix this app and all in one solution for those of us who rely on it. When it works, the app is very good, can get live footage from all of our cameras but they do drop out one by one. Once they've dropped out, you need to go camera>advanced>motion area and you can view live footage there. Please fix and get your fan base back!

Very glitch, app crashes and logs you out, warnings are delayed a lot, sometimes the alarm won't go off for at least 5min after tripping a sensor. I'm disappointed that swann would let this pass as acceptable considering it is to keep your family, home and positions safe. At best it would let you watch them stealing your stuff after they had left. Please make this app better the hardware is great it's your software that's letting you down, in my opinion

WASTE WASTE OF MONEY DO BOT BUY I PAID $600 for rubbish i have 2 indoor cams and 1 outdoor app lags i have hi speed internet its very glitchy i have wasted alot of time and money this company needs to be shut down my app sometimes works motion control goes off without any motion going on in front of the camera if you want your things stolen from you home without a trace buy a swann one if you want your stuff stolen wirhout a trace buy this product🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Needs both NBN & hi speed Wifi infrastructure ( extenders/repeaters) to make functional. It's not perfect, have to play(tweak) with it.

Freezes and crashes all of the time. Doesn't work.

Works but crashes and is slow to update. Where's the updates??!
