SwannOne Link supports the following features: The SwannOne Link enables access of your Swann Smart-Series video surveillance cameras and SwannOne Smart Home functionality from the one app.The app seamlessly configures many settings from your handset or tablet, allowing you to control your Swann video security cameras, SwannOne devices and smart home commands, along with over 100+ smart home devices and home mode settings and rules from anywhere. Features specifically include:
- Multi-channel viewing with up to 8 cameras on screen at the same time (8ch view works best on tablets)
- Play back stored recordings from your Smart-Series DVR on your handset or tablet (requires high upload speed internet)

In May 2019, Swannview Link suddenly stopped working. Tech Support recommended trying SwannOne Link, which also displayed the error: "App does not support split screen." More often it froze the device. Tech Support recommended that I AlwaysSafe. SwannOne Link is now archived, which implies that it is no longer supported.
Keeps accessing my phone's camera even after I turned off camera access permissions. Tried contacting Swann but they won't respond as to why this app keeps accessing my camera... Maybe they like watching me do a s*** in the morning or saving photos of my nose hair 🤷♀️
Play back error 99.9 % of the time. Do not support Android phone 100%. Need an update for some Android phone, Swann software do not work and getting msg saying swann not responding.
This app has not let me do anything. The only reason I downloaded in the first place is to view my house/camera's when I am not home. Guess what? It doesn't work and customer service has been no help. I contacted them years ago and still not 1 single service representative could tell me how to fix. I am seriously considering another security system.
Worse user interface at current market. When watch playback, can do fast forwarding. Need to watch second by second untill the even we expect. Do not expect on popular brand.
Not updated since 2016 and no longer working with the latest android version. No other Swann software appears to be working either
If you like looking at the message LOG IN FAILED, then this is the app for you, if you would like to see your camera feed then try something else, this just does not work.
Utter Cr@P. Just as bad as swann view link. Playback fails 9 times out of 10 every time. Seriously a good way of losing customers. zero stars!!
The app doesn't work on my v9 android device. Hopefully there will be an update soon...
Outdated month's ago... New phones new tech, old useless app... 100s of pounds on a system that that doesn't give full benefits without the app???

This app uses my cell phone camera although permissions isnt granted. This is terribly upsetting!!!
Used to give me piece of mind being able to log in from my phone but since the update cannot gain any access! Please help

Works well on Samsung S7. Receiving all alerts as expected and playback quality is fine. Searching for specific files is a little fiddly with fat fingers but you can specify the timings beforehand if known. I like the ability to adjust some of the parameters on the fly using this app especially if you've set motion detection too sensitive or not, although some changes can only be made on the hard drive itself. Always room for improvement but works adequately on wifi and 3/4G
pretty useless app on both my oppo and iph X. there definitely should be a FFWD button on there to skip through footage.. makes it extremely hard to find footage when you dont know what time it happended at!! must i sit here for 24hrs and view every second of it to find the footage? or skip through it and potentially go past what im looking for. UPDATE YOUR FKN APP. TAKE THE BOARDERS AWAY WHEN YOU ARE VIEWING 4+ CHANNELS AT A TIME. PUT MORE SETTINGS IN ON THE APP,, NOT JUST THE DVR. ffs . CLEAN IT UP. 1 star, wish i could put none.
