I used to love this app, but now the cameras take forever to load and the app is constantly not working. If this is Swann forcing me to upgrade my devices, you just lost a customer. Update the app please, I'd pay for it to work correctly again.
The worst app every to upload, doesn't work at all, when it does it keeps crashing or freezing, shame on you swann security for having such a bad software app and poor customer service also
Sad thing is this is still sold instore... I got it for 20 bucks but in reality its a 20 buck paper weight. Swann, ill never ever buy one of your products and from now on ill make sure to tell everyone not to buy your BS products.

Back in 2014, I rated this app 3/5 Stars. Today, in 2017, I'm rating this app 1/5 Stars because it has not only decreased in quality, there has clearly been no attempt made to improve the app in any way. This app is by far the most horrendous piece of software available on Google Play, and I have installed fidget spinner apps.
My subscription is paid until July 1, 2016; however, my camera is not saving to the cloud so I can no longer review what happened earlier in the day. I yet to receive a response to my email addressing this concern. Additionally, I am not able to change my Wi-Fi password, nor hook up a second camera. I was pleased in the beginning, but the problems continue to grow.
Ad40 setup was easy as it described. Works when phones not on WiFi. Phones s7 and haven't tried the cloud save feature but will. Also going try the firmware upgrade in app for motion detect 5 stars if it's good.
It's in WiFi and still says it can't find the camera...what is the problem and why do I have to pay monthly to use this app
Too late if you opt for the upgrade, the systems is unrecoverable. Totally useless device! Swann never ever again
WORTHLESS!!! I've had this for two years and every time I check my camera feed, my screen just says "loading" never had a single problem with my Samsung Smartcam
With Lollipop 5.1.1 you must use the Seedonk app iSecurity+. Accepts users and login. ☺ works great.
This app stopped streaming good now, the signal drops all the time. It works good sometimes. The tech support is very helpful if needed.
This thing is junk. I followed the directions. After downloading the app and registering, the camera doesn't show up on the app. There are no directions describing how to connect the camera to the internet. Gggrrr
The application gave me trouble out of the box. Called tech assistance three times to get it setup. No help. Kept asking me to call back later.
The only way it records anything is if it's running in the background of your phone. It would be nice if you could just have it snap a picture when motion is tripped so you can check it later. Tried their other apps and they can't add the camera. Can't get.it to install this version on my PC.
Have had a lot off issues such as events gallery not loading, cameras not loading etc. Would not recommend.
this app needs a serious update it will not work on iOS 11 and it takes minutes rather than seconds to load cameras on the latest Android that's if they end up loading at all
Used it often on my Galaxy Nexus.But now I get blank screens on live camera view and events on my Note 5. Needs to be brought current and up to speed.
Takes up to 1 minute sometimes longer to connect from Android. On Apple device only a few seconds
How are we supposed to use this if we couldn't register? It errors out (525) on Android and on PC. Useless.

Seems I bought a brick instead of a security camera. Swann apparently stopped supporting their products not admitting they effed it all up. Software and device communications or compatibility issues or something. I'm like many, stay away. If Swann were to own this failure, correct as best can or adjust customer complaint/loss issue and produce good products then redeemable. As it is, they seemed to just bail out on that bad product and keep making mistakes on the new. I may be wrong gdluck
