Swap.com Thrift Store: Clearance on Used Apparel

Absolutely awful service. It took 29 days to receive my order. I was sent the wrong item and immediately contacted customer service. It's been 9 days and I've sent multiple emails, with no response. I tried to start a return for the item, but the automated system can't find my order & suggested that I contact customer service. This has been my worst online shopping experience & I definitely would not recommend

Out of seven items I ordered, two were my size, and one of those was the wrong color. I tried to return the items, but couldn't find my order number. I contacted customer service, but had no answer except an email asking me to review the customer service. I replied saying there had been no customer service, and the "ticket" was promptly closed. I will not be using this app again, even though I love the concept and the app experience is very easy to navigate. Ultimately, customer service is key.

cart feature doesn't work. always shows the same number of items no matter how many I add, and when I click on the cart it shows it as blank page. Update. If I log out and log back in it fixes it. But only until the next time I use the app when I have to do this again. EVERY TIME. New issue. Just tried to place an order on app, which was a mistake. Got to the payment section and tried to use swap credit but it said the amount without tax didn't match the credit amount with tax (DUH!!) so i can't move forward. Now items are marked unavailable and my credit is gone. But order did not submit! No email and it has been several hours. Still items are unavailable. Using samsung note 5.

Still needs work... I left a review for this app a few years ago. I can't seem to find that review now, but my criticism now is exactly the same as before. I decided to reinstall the app because as I mentioned a few years had passed and I thought it would be improved. Still randomly get blank screens when trying to look at my cart or my orders. Still would be nice to be able to see what the sales and promotions are in the app. I find myself having to go to the website regardless.

I have only made one purchase thus far, but so far so good. I will use it again for sure. I got four different workout tops, each top was under 10. The condition was not perfect but the imperfectations were hardly noticeable, very small.

Used to order all the time but deals are getting harder and harder to find. This all changed when users could no longer set their own prices for their clothing. Why is used athletic gear so expensive? I can literally buy it cheaper new. Also the app has serious issues with login, specifically around Facebook token expiration to the point of where I had to uninstall because it was not possible to login. A shame for a site I used to love.

I did like this app, but lately it doesn't allow me to search. Whenever I type or start to type something it gives an error. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but it still gives the same issues. I do enjoy shopping when I can search.

I used to love shopping with Swap, but their practices have gotten really bad over the past year. This app is quite hard to use, so I uninstalled it. Often, I'll buy clothes from the site and wait weeks before they ship - only to receive an email that some of the items are no longer available. They sell them elsewhere even if you've checked out through their website. I've sent clothes to the company to sell on consignment and never heard if they sold or I got credit for them. Not buying anymore.

Best selection of clothing at a great price EVER! I wish there was a "stay signed in" option, each time I go to use the app, I'm signed out. Then when I sign in, it freezes, so I have to close the app and reopen it and then Im signed in. ALSO! Wish that the sizes of each item was double checked by someone. Every time I order my daughter 4T, I'd say 1 out of every 7 items (my average order is 30ish items) is a Small or size 4-5 for older kids, like for age 10. I've received atleast $70 worth of clothes over time that were well too big and they were listed toddler size.

Pleeeease Fix This App!!!! I love this online store so much but this app is trash. The only way to have a successful shopping experience is from a computer. Swap would literally have 80% more of my money if they would just make this app usable! The latest updates fixed SOME things, but it's still impossible to shop, add things to your cart, and checkout from this app...which is kinda the point of an online store. 😒

I love ordering from you guys but the app almost NEVER works right! Thats the only problem i have....kinda hard to order if the app never works! It's still saving server token is invalid or missing EVERY time I try to open the app and has been for the last yr or so! I just wanna be able to order from my app!

I've used this site for years. Their prices have really gone up. I can find better deals on Thred Up, Mercari, and Poshmark. The clothing from those 3 sites usually arrive in a lot better condition. Swap seems to have forgotten most of their items are used. They sell Wal-Mart clothing, that I can buy cheaper at Wal-Mart brand new.

I love the deals but they have horriable customer service. I had a customer service rep cancel an order not just my weekly order it was a 900 order i got an email notification while i was driving on vacation so i couldnt do much my daughter was crying 8yrs old it was mostly her clothes and no even tried to fix it. I couldnt even repurchase the items they werent back up for purchase for atleast 3 or 4 days. It was a nightmear. I also ordered a goodie box that went completely WRONG.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Thred up is great, but compared to Swap its angelic. 20 days to ship out my order, and an item has a Giant bleach stain that was hidden in photo. System won't let me start a return, and customer service has ignored my emails for 10 days now. I feel so disregarded.

...I only JUST got an e-mail an hour ago saying they got my package that I sent over 8 MONTHS AGO!! Yet, they seemed to go though my items and only list 5 of a HUGE package I sent - a "reject rate" of "72%"?!?! And there's NO details of what items of mine they're going to sell, or how much, yet I NEED to know that because promise was that I would owe them about $14.00 for the box they sent me, but that debt would be erased if I sent them items to sell so they could get at least $14 back.

While searching google for sales on juniors clothing, I stumbled across this app's website. This app is just like a thrift store in your phone only with a much better selection. I found tons of name brand clothing, for more than half off! I love this app!!

like site, but app crashes all the time and have to uninstall and reinstall to get to work. app also sometimes doesn't accept payment, you have to login off web. wish they would fix the app.

this is my favorite site to shop on but the app has so many gliches... it is fustrating. It freezes I have to delete the app and re add it it also wont load my cart to view it and it also makes it hard to add to my cart. PLEASE FIX THIS APP soon 😭

Items in cart won't appear. I placed everything I wanted in the cart and it shows the number of items, but nothing populates when you click. Too bad - looked good until then!

I did the update... not happy, I have added things to wishlist and cart... then I look for them and none of the items are there. uninstalling and re-downloading... hope this fixes issue

This used to be a great place to shop now it's not. I can't get the order that I placed on 1/21/22. It's now 2/3/22 and my order is still processing. I can not get any help. I went through customer service, support and opened a ticket. This is not a good way to treat customers.

Nothing shows up. It tells you to sort thr filters. Shows it has alot of results but nothing comes up to purchase. Never again.

I absolutely love this app, they have the biggest selection of name brand clothing with atleast half off if not more. I'm obsessed and so glad i discovered it, its the best online thrift store I've shopped!! Would highly recommend it.

App doesnt work properly. I add stuff to my wishlist and it never gets saved. Same goes for the cart. I add stuff in the cart but it never loads.

It's a great app but when I go to checkout it sends me to a PayPal or pay with card. I click both and my card info is correct but it says it isn't. Please fix!

Thrice I selected items after spending hours. Each time I tried to check out it said server error and then said all items sold out. What a shame!

Nothing saves to my wishlist. Nothing saves to my cart. Always says I have items in my cart but nothing is in there. I would shop here more if the app worked!

The choices are limited... I tried finding some clothes for my 12 year old son, and there were a few shirts, but no pants... most of the clothes were baby items...
