This is perhaps the only functional app in and around Delhi/NCR that can do scrap pickups on time. I was a bit skeptical at first about availing their services but gotta admit I was pleasantly surprised. All in all, it is a decent app with the only downside being that the scrap rates could have been a little better. 👍
One stop solution for scrap and waste disposal. Excellent service and experience. Staff was professional, on-time and courteous. Strongly recommended. Will be using again for sure!
I am giving 3 stars, because while scheduling a pick up easy. The app refused to acknowledge the scheduled pick up and didn't even let me calculate the pickup weight and price. My app still shows the pick up as scheduled and not completed.
With swapeco team it was great!! App. Update later but still they were on time in picking the scrap. Used it first time and did thought that no one will come or may be out of service. But just a day before scheduled pickup date, They called and confirmed the details!! Good Job.
Regarding the App, I recently scheduled a Pickup from my laptop using mobile number & E-mail. But when I logged into my account using the same number over the App the pickup details were not their. So, there seems some kind of glitch or bug. Thanks
It was such a pleasant experience with Swapeco, the process was so simple, i just simply filled the details online and selected the date and time for pickup, the concerned person contacted me and reached at the desired time, he carried the weighing machine and bags to collect the scrap, Best part is that the weighing machine was of a really high quality and great precision.
I have scheduled a pickup for 8/04/2022, and no one came for the pickup hence I rated this app with 1 ⭐, then I received a call from scrap uncle and they told me that my mobile is out of coverage on 08/04/2022 hence they scheduled it for 9/04. But then inrequest to schedule it for 10/04, believe me 1st time in Delhi I saw such a nice service with handsome price.... Fully satisfied with the service and pickup facility and believe me try once you will start ignoring local kabadi wala....

The pickup time has long passed yet no one contacted to pickup the scrap despite a pickup scheduled. Rather give it to the man running around on a bicycle than use this pathetic service
Very disappointed with the services. Called up the customer service to know what time the person would come to collect the scrap as nobody showed up on the booked timeslot. Number goes to auto forward and nobody answers. They ask for whatsapp location just for formality Pathetic customer service. Complete waste of time.
Its weird that the pincode entered while registering is denied service... It was my bad that did not notice the service locations however the app should have identified the appropriate service area pincode and should not have allowed to proceed with the registration... Which is a bit misguiding... And waste of time
It was an amazing experience with swapeco!! First time ever I sold my scrap online and it certainly was smoother than I expected.
This was my 2nd time with SWAPECO. Apart from a seamless and smooth procedure, I am extremely happy with their quick and hassle free service. Just one downside is that I have to wait for long until I can gather atleast 20kgs of scrap. And in a two-person domestic atmosphere it takes quite long.. yet, that can be tackled if we are provided with such lovely hassle free services. Thanks SWAPECO for ensuring that all my domestic waste gets recycled.. highly recommended!!
I placed a pickup request that they accepted. the pickup time came and went. Nobody contacted me. My attempts at contacting them failed. Hours later, I received a message saying that they do not offer their service at my location. Horrible customer service. Horrible service. If you don't offer services at Mumbai, where do you offer them?
Great experience calling them for scrap pickup. The whole process was hassle free and super quick. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.
Appreciable services! The rates could've been better but the smooth services cover it up. I was really skeptical at first, but I know Swapeco will be my only choice for selling off the scrap now! PS, deducting one star cos of the rates :))
It was very difficult for me to find a kabadiwala in greater Noida but not anymore..Swapeco provided doorstep pickup on the scheduled date and time. They used a digital weighing scale and paid instant cash.

Awesome. I sold them 8 kg scrap, (5kgs of plastic & 3kgs of cardboard). I scheduled pickup in a day and they organized everything. I knew the rates beforehand and only weight of the scrap was unknown. I had sold my stuff in under 15 minutes flat.

Today is 2nd time I have booked for schedule pick up. Once I received a call on last tuesday and who confirm my schedule pick up has been fixed on Last Saturday... But neither i received any confirmation call, or any pick up call. I have doubt whether its works .

Poor Service. I scheduled a pickup in 110018. After 2 hrs. a man rang up to enquire about items of scrap. I told him. Next he sent an SMS, "we don't service your area. Evidently, he didn't fancy the items.
The experience was perfect hassle free, everyone should try this app and moreover rates are good compared to the local vendors

Pathetic.Booked the service for 29th April, but the team was not available at that time, they called and asked for another date so I asked to come on 1st May in first half of the day but they scheduled after 3 pm without my confirmation.No one showed up till 3rd April and I booked again on 5th but still no response till date.lf this is the kind of service you provide, kindly shut down.And by the way, I had contacted the same number that is been given in the reply by the support team
