Great app and service. I have bought quite a few phones, tablets and watches from Swappa and have always been satisfied. The one time I had an issue where the seller made a (completely unintentional) mistake on how they listed the item i attempted to buy, Swappa support quickly was involved to nullify the transaction and worked with the seller to make sure it didn't happen next time. Very happy using the app and the service.

Funny Swappa's promo for their app says No Jerks. That's exactly how they acted to me on a simple ordering error. I simply hit the wrong item when ordering. I didn't realize it was the wrong item until arrival. Simple mistake right? I contacted the vendor to say I want to return and buy the correct one from the SAME vendor. Nope you have " buyer's remorse" so forget it and sell the wrong phone yourself. Oh yeah and "we'll be happy to sell the incorrect phone for you for a fee." Swappa=Jerks.

I've used Swappa for years, great service. Had an issue with a seller, Swappa staff responded within minutes. Bought and sold many phones, no fuss. Nothing but positive things to say about Swappa. Cheers!

Highly recommend seller. All questions were answered quickly. Note 20 Ultra arrived fast and as described. Would purchase from seller again.

Phone arrived reset and cosmetically looking very good. 1 star off perfect because phone speakers distort above 75 percent (which had not been mentioned in representation of the phone).

Used to be the app to buy used electronics. Don't know what happened but even images stopped loading. Managed to make it work on desktop but the app is not working well for me.

This app is good for browsing and buying. What about selling though? I can't even find an option to start a sale.

I would suggest you be very careful and be okay with issues in the sales. We paid an extra $25 to have a blue phone for my hubby and they sent us a pink one. Another time we ordered a phone that took over a week to get here when they said 2 days. Mail said they didn't send it when they said they did. Same shipping issue on a third sale as well. Eventually all works out but just beware that it may not be exactly as you are told. 🤷‍♀️

I love Swappa. I've purchased at least five phones using it and they all were great experiences. I prefer Swappa over eBay at the moment.

Like many others, the 2.x version of the app is unstable and buggy. Often I can't even click the icon to launch and most of the time when it does launch, it just shows a blank white screen with a green header. The listings for devices are either incomplete, mis-categorized, or inaccurate. I realize the intention was good, but the execution has made the user experience terrible.

The app used to be awesome. You could browse through devices by filtering manufacture, device type, carrier, etc. They have since updated and removed all of that. Now all you get is an unorganized list of phones or tablets with no way to sort or filter. You can't list devices to sell either. It's a shame as I've purchase devices through the app before and it worked great. Not worth downloading anymore.

The best way to improve this app would be to revert to the previous version. It's pretty much unusable since 2.0 update. I searched Pixel 2 XL expecting to see 2 devices come back to choose from Unlocked and Verizon, but they're all mixed together. So then I went to the mixed results and see no history graph, no filtering, no sorting. It's a hot mess. Thank God for apkmirror I'm reverting.

It seems incomplete. The listings aren't the same as the ones online, like the two databases aren't talking to each other or something. Also when searching for an item it would be nice if I didn't have to click into the text box in order to add search parameters, then after I click "search" the keyboard should disappear on its own.

Frustration... The app per se is useless. It basically let you sign-in and sign-out. Everything really happens in their website. The app doesn't have editing tools for listings, mistakes are common, but once you made them, there's no way to fix things in an intuitive way, The posts are revised before publication. Then you receive an email with the actual rules, pointing your mistakes and LINKS to webpages for you to fix them and once there the edit option does not edit everything. It's a mess.

Great, Secure, and items come in a Timely manner as well.

Great place to get phones cheap. Got my LG V60 Mint cond. came perfect and for only about $300~

Used Swappa to buy a phone so that I can run Graphene and completely degoogle myself. I will never have to use this Play store again! GG! and goodbye Google. Don't be evil.
