Swapper

Selected external storage for the swapfile, worked fine for few min, then my tablet crashed. Tablet started crashing everytime swapper was loaded on reboot ( I had selected start on bootup ). Had to quickly uninstall the app to get my tablet working. My SDCard is Samsung Evo, newer class, so that isn't a problem. Will probably work with swap on internal memory but afraid to try it now

This app is great, when it works... mostly, it just slows down my tablet. I've even tried installing a fresh rom (stock and otherwise) Also, having to have internet to use premium doesn't make sense. You shouldn't have to authenticate with google play every time you start the app. I bought premium -- and the app reverts back to free a lot of the time.. (even with internet) You can do better, guys.

would be good to have the ability to also create a swap partition & choose the size myself (as large as possible). and an option to create/setup a boot script, so that the swap file/partition even is active when the app is uninstalled, so that the user isn't forced to be bound to the app. I'm sure there are some people out there, appreciating that & then way more like to leave swapper app installed on their devices. on the other hand, swapper's simplicity & options are enough for most needs. 🙂

Helped my old tablet. Samsung Tab 2 only had 1gb ram and lagged real bad running newer resource heavy apps. Without purchasing the app i was able to add 512mb of swap ram, which is a 50% increase over actual ram, so it helped a good bit. Still pretty slow vs new devices, but much more usuable now.

I find it extremely helpful on my Galaxy S5 that has low ram for custom Android 9.0 ....Now my device runs like it's on stock OS .... completely fluent in every way....Thanks to this app....But i have one doubt.. Like all sd cards usually die faster due to swapping...i am using my phone's internal memory for swap....Can it kill my phone's memory chip ? Thanks

The app is not that great in some lower end devices but gave five star for its good customer feedbacks and interaction whenever a problem shows. No real problems in this app, just the compatibility doesnt work on all devices(and also maybe add a warning or internal instructions on the app for newbies would be nice)

I have at 1GB of RAM in my cellphone, configure SWAP is so easy and really increases the performance and the estability, i love it. Edit: I have a problem, i can't see the swap sadistic, i can't know what is the status of the swap.

Just installed on my old Samsung Galaxy grand neo that was running Android 4 but now has a custom ROM of Android 7 with root the phone only has one gig of memory. This app has made phone much more responsive and faster so I give it five stars well done to the Dev the laginess has decreased by about 50% the phone now runs apps much faster and I am very happy thank

Pixel experience on S G note 4 . I had terrible lags especially on keyboard and maps. It is way much better now. Thanks for that app. After upgrade i can use 2GB but i will experiment with different sizes to see already boosted performance changes. Kudos

It works. When you run out of memory, instead of letting Android oomkiller do its job about going on killing apps that are in the background, causing loss of work, the allocations will be put to the swap file. Since the swap file is located on the storage that you choose, you will experience a bit of slowdown, like on Windows. Use "cat /proc/cpuinfo" on Termux to ensure that Linux supports "swp" BEFORE USING THIS!!! It has helped me use CyanogenMod efficiently without oomkiller slowing my device

Reinstalled. It works perfectly. Great. Just one big though. When I'm online and open it the buy button is there and when I click on buy, message appears error already owned by you. Shouldn't the buy button not appear when you bought the premium version? Otherwise it works brilliantly. 5 Stars.

I hoped this app work well but it isn't, first the phone were fast but few days later after some reboots it was slow again, and I didn't find the Swapp File I reinstalled the app and Swapp File was working apparently, I deleted it from app, enabled it and deleted again and it liberated about 1 GB, maybe I created more files uncheking seen ✔, rebooting and creating again Now I'm using the other Swapper app of the same developer hoping it work better, I chose where to create the file 🤔📱🌐✔💾

So I accidentally uninstalled her app and then reinstall it and now it wants me to buy it again to use all the privileges and all the features and they won't give me a refund Google won't give me a refund that's only $3 something since it's not going to point so don't install that because you'll probably get ripped off at some point if you change your phone or anything like that as Google and these people are thieves

Is really simple to use and do what it say. I like that it show how many memory is used, but still better if it could show without have to open the app. 5 star if this could let you choose where to create swapfile, right now is just create in internal storage.

This is a real virtual ram, it needs root to run. I was a little bit doubt with swapper no root, i didn't know if that app you created is legit 'cause it doesn't require root in the first place. But kudos to this root app, very useful. 👍

Fast and simple interface. Can easily view current set SWAP size. Works good except restriction on creating on internal storage. I'm expecting an option to view default SWAP size too

Tested on my Pixel 3 Android 12. I can tell it is actually working. But, sometimes made my phone freeze, I had to hard reboot. Lowered priority to 20%, no freeze so far, let's see...

am I missing something? purchased pro version, after creating 1024MB /60% swap file on internal storage, my system significantly slowed down. after trying with 512MB/20% it was still like that. phone model: SM-A307FN.

I appreciate the hard work but what it says in the description is a lie, If you readin this comment dont download this app....go to roehsoft and Get your Ram expanded for real...if you want to waste your time i recommend you downloadin this app and have a multiple spam of ads, and turn your phone storage FULL (not the RAM) into a junkyard. doesn't work, other apps working they lie its my device (after last update) EDIT: why also disrespect i can do this to.. roehsoft working and older version of your app as well with custom kernel and ROM xposed+root hacked verrsion outside googleplay without any limitation ;) but hey you said my device does not support, and i didnt check so i guess, i didn't really use it or did nothing wrong anyway i moved to ZRAM its alot faster even from storage. swap if the support was better and it was always working i might really give a donation

It used to work earlier so well so I give it 3 star. I would have given 5 if it was working now. Since the last update, i can't create nor delete swap ram. Ps-I did reboot multiple times

Doesn't work, "file cannot be created". Have root of course. It's no problem I can create it in prompt. Fair interface, fix it. It'll be cool app if you do.

When i first created a swap file in sd card it ran perfectly means it showed how much ram is been used but after I restarted my device it shows 0 mb used out of total. I deleted that swap file and created another and still facing the same problem. I'm really confused plz help

i developer, your app is show a bug... whenever i reboot my device ,swapp file automatically gets dwleted... & i don't know why a partation of 256mb of zram is not deleting with it,,,it remains,,,your apps swap file get deleted

Working perfectly i can Run PUBG Mobile more Smoother without any glitches , Thank you but something i wanna ask i've subscribe for IDR 5500 , everything work perfectly , but when im opened it again , its ask for another IDR 13000 and my SWAP has a limit acces , im so confused, and when im opened it again the subscribe is gone , and i can SWAP for Maximum RAM , is that a bug or something else that open a new features, please tell me , because if there's an additional features i wanna pay for it

I bought premium version. It was mentioned that I can create large swap file if I buy premium but I can only make it till 2GB, ehich was there in free only please check.
