Swarna Dharaa Gold Saving Scheme

Previously I gave 1 start for this app and updated as "worst app ever seen before" But they took my feedback and resolved the issue. I really appreciate IT guys, now the app 10 times better then previous app. Please update the app and use. As end user I really happy to say this "Good and Fast Now". Thanks once again take my feedback and resolved the slowness. Because since one yaar I really suffered with the old app.

I paid this month instalment still it shows not paid.. and I couldn't able to get into that paid details it's automatically coming back to home screen... Pls resolve it don't spoil the name

The plus symbol is not coming as soon as we open the app.. i guess the app is not developed fully showed technical error while selecting the amount first time in savingsscheme.

Worst app ever. 1.The Scheme details are not told properly.(nothing is mentioned about the lottery chit saving scheme) 2. Unable to add the scheme 3. Payment issues 4. No proper communication 5. Not at all user friendly app

Edit 1: Even upon providing the details asked in the comment, no reply from the customer care and the bug is not fixed. It's still crashing like crazy. They won't even respond to my emails. App is keep crashing and unable to open. Am struggling to finish this scheme since 2 years but due to some or the other problem in the app it's dragged and I can't even pay using any other mode (store, netbanking) as you are now an "app user" now. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't renew the scheme in future.

Did a payment 5 min back, the app closed abruptly, and amount got debited from my account. The payment is also not reflecting in this app. Called customer care they told to wait till tomorrow.

Every time while online payment money was deducted and confirmation MSG from skt but app was not updated. Each and every time I was contact to skt and thay are not responding properly.

Paid the amount through UPI and the transaction is successful in UPI and amount got debited, but the transaction in app got failed. Really bad experience Can you please update my amount in app or refund my amount now?

Very slow in this digit world. Need development from the developer side. Pay attention you may lose a customer only because of this slow worst app.

Unresponsive, slow and cluttered app that does not even explain any of the schemes properly. It takes more than 9 minutes to even load, there is no option to let you know which scheme you are on, or your past history. App feels like the work of a novice. Total piece of c**p.

Facing the same issue again. The payment not get updated in the app. It's very problematic like every need to call the customer care nad rectify the pri lwm. Please try to fix this problem.

Every time the app is updated, there is an error. Enna thaan da pannuvinga. After payment, it doesn't update on the app. We have to wait for few days. Solve the problem. By clicking scheme details, only 2 schemes are displayed. Add all the schemes, also enable zooming option. The scheme details are not viewable. Kindly solve the payment problem. Money got deducted, but no update in app. This happens for me every month.....

Worst app.Non user friendly. I opened 2accounts via physical card, user details are not displaying. How I will know to which account I m paying? Unknowingly I clicked a + symbol,which opened a new 1000rs account. Now they say no option to close &I need to complete all payments. I started scheme for 11mnth,now they ask to complete 20 mnths to complete schme. Payment fails often. Last failed transaction,refund status nothing is there. No proper interface,easy understanding for elderly people.

Such a worst application that I have ever seen. While doing payment using Net Banking the screen is not getting rotated to press the Login button after giving the login credentials. Also, when the application is getting updated, we have to uninstall and install the app every time which makes more irritating. While doing payment, the screen will not enter into the payment screen, then only we will come to know that the application has got some updates.

I have made payment, it's debited from my bank account, but it's not reflecting in the transaction. I have sent a mail regarding this, yet no response. Such a poor service. Will never going to use this app going forward. Check and refund the money, else add it in my transaction.

This app askes to add the scheme where is the button to add? I tapped all the way in the screen.. Nothing happened.. Are you good enough to do an app development? This makes to go crazy... Now I want to walk to the store each time.. This is very very slow to open a page..

This is the worst ever app I have downloaded. App is not letting me login. It gets crashed everytime I open it. The updates are really worse. I have no idea why these people are updating when there is no improvement. Better the shop has to cancel it's online process.

Very Poor. Bottom panel VCart and Transcation response time not at all satisfactory

First the app notification told that this version of app is outdated from 1/2.And got update &updated the same.Bit still i am getting the same notfication.

Latest update collapsed the transactions page. Worked correctly after reinstalling. Usability of the app is not so pleasing. Lot to improve. Everytime we need to uninstall and reinstall the app which is not good.

Very very worst app. As soon as you open the app it will start buffering and it's the end. If the buffering got over there will be a above notification some error occurred.

It's not working in mobile network only activate wifi only payments also not updated properly

App not working in Android 11 tablet, it keeps crashing.

I am having bitter experience. Often showing this mobile number is not registered.

Most of the time V- CART tap unable to work. It is an major issue. Another option are able to access.

Good service and very easy handling time save

This is the worst app, no other app can come near. Worst in all means, if you change your device it won't open, even if you updaye with new iemi also notworking. It shows that "you have opened another device". I never seen such a worst app.

Worst app I ever seen.. May be earlier versions some what good.. but last 2 months.. it's really suck. Not able to pay my scheme amount. Each time, I have to run shops n pay the amount. I tried clear cache n reinstalled the app.. even though the app is not even opening..

My payment is still not updated in app. Every month I need to follow up with these people. Worst app and dev team
