I tried syncing these app to my watch it keeps giving error telling me wrong date when it is correct. How do you resolve this? It's a shame I can't use it.
I am not able pair my swatch touch zero two with the app Pls fix it or I will sell my watch within a month Pls respond to feedback

I have spent some time trying to get the app to function how you might expect it to. With some frustration, I now have it behaving fairly well. I love the watch and the app is really smart with tons of potential. I will be looking forward to seeing this product evolve and become even more useful, accurate, and easy to use. The pairing is already quite painless. Having a watch that you don't constantly have to charge is the only way to go. Go Swatch!
Swatch please fix this app. When I first got when got the watch and app last December the app worked fine, but a little after the update the app would no longer list my steps (which was the main reason why I got the app). I went to my local swatch store and I told them my problem. My watch counts my steps but dose not transfer onto the app. The person at the swatch store told me it was probably the app. I have no idea how to fix the problem. I don't want to delete the app and loose all my data. HELP!
I have the latest Android software. I was expecting that the watch will auto connect itself via Bluetooth but sad to say you have to keep activating the BT from your watch to sync it with your phone and most of the time it fails connect. It's frustrating and I think some of my features are not working properly. I've been reading the manuals from the package itself and even through the website and more so FAQ's from the internet. Where is this potential for improvement are they talking about. And the last update was done 2016. Please give us some decent updates Swatch. You guys are not just any company. I believe that this brand is one of the top. I even doubt that this review will be noticed with some respect. But the comments of your consumers are very important. I'm hoping that this will be addressed accordingly. I meant no disrespect but I just can't write arrogant lies. I love your watches but give this application some justice.

Users have been clamouring for you to return the old app version which was working just fine, why aren't you listening?! Every new update doesn't solve the pairing issue. What I have now is just a watch and not a swatch.
App crashes before successful connection. Followed dev guidelines. Hoping to get this fixed.

I have turned the fan and volleyball mode off before the update, bu I can't seem to turn it back on?
The old app was way better....this one never tells my data until the next day....I really don't care for this version
Although my phone does detect the watch via Bluetooth, the app cannot connect.
The new app can't even provide the number of steps in the previous days. My Swatch has been reduced to a piece of useless equipment! Do you hear us, Swatch?! .... still no update after months! Looking for new device now. Would recommend that you STAY AWAY from this. Watch is good but app makes it USELESS!
Can't even change my profile this Bluetooth is ducking crap.
Pl bring old app back. New app data analysis of Volleyball is worst. Very sad. Bought watch to see Calories burned. Bt in new update, it doesn't show for volleyball. :( :( :(

Won't connect
Cannot sync cannot see previous day steps. I loved my touch one before this upgrade and now it's basically useless and I want to throw it away and buy the Fitbit. Please don't post instructions on how to sync I have tried that and IT DOES NOT WORK!!!
Not able to pair and sync with upgraded version. And also not able to view back past days steps count.
Able to pair phone but it does not syncs todays steps. Also, can't sign in to by backup account and there is no place for a reset password option. Last version was better.

I've been struggling to get batteries for my watch for the past two months and when it finally came I tried connecting it to my phone using this app, but IT JST CLOSES, it never connects!! And this is really frustrating! I was so excited for this
