Downloaded the app and there is not a welcome page. There isn't an option to create a new account. Upon entering my account number and my account password, I was rejected multiple times. I attempted to reset my password and was told that my account # and last 4 of my phone # were wrong. This is a terrible app and needs a complete overhaul.

Absolutely will not let me in no matter what I do. It says communication trouble or some such nonsense. I tried the forgot my password and it says my phone number is wrong. Unbelievable.

App won't let me login, tried multiple times. It always says that it can't communicate with the server at this time.

Will not let me login im absolutely positive everything i put in is correct because i can login on my laptop. I wish for this to be resolved for easier access, also the options for drafting needs to be more clear. Please fix

This app (SWEC) makes it very easy to pay your monthly payments. Or check on outages, that I've not used, my power doesn't go out. Great app.

Can pay my bill in seconds from anywhere at any time. Best feature is not having to talk to snobbish and hateful representatives.

The app works great on my Note 3. SWEC is updating everything it seems, Now we're getting some of our energy needs from a Wind Farm and SWEC is expecting more Wind Farms to come online soon. GOOD GOING GUYS ;)

Wow finally with just a touch of an app on my phone I can manage my account. Way to go SWEC. Every smartphone user would be wise to add this to their apps....
