They have one location. They do little to no investigation on things they have all the control over, for instance why would you not question if a check was cashed and cleared after a 10 day hold, after 5+ years of continued usage and all it takes is one lude lie from a women who drained account after account after account of her dead mother and incarcerated brother to make you turn your backs on a loyal upstanding customer and have zero understanding why you don't have a customer service line.
The employees are amazing! The listen and care. This is not your typical bank
