Simple intuitive format, loads quickly, very helpful.
So I already registered MyChart online without issues. When I installed app... A lot of issues. It asked for my email to send verification code so I provided my email address. Guess what? I never text any verification code. I clicked, "resend" link more than 20 times over last 2 days. Still nothing. Uninstalled app as I am NOT so going to making some ridiculous phone call to tech support to get it straightened out. Such a waste of my time. 👎
I'm having the same credentials problem. Decided to just reset my password. Requested a reset password link, got one, went to the app to reset, and got the link was expired. I am under the assumption by the information sent with the link that I have 60 hours. It was less than 30 minutes. Frustrating to say the least.
Stupid app keeps freezing on my android phone
Latest version works great! Very useful app for Swedish Medical patients. All your appointments, test results, billing, and due procedures available at your fingertips.
It's a little buggy but as a cancer patient it makes my life a lot easier. I really like being able to tap my appointments and they get added to my phone calendar.
Useless and broken. MyChart website shows my information and my daughters and clearly indicates who my doctor is. I can't see any of my daughter's information in the app and it says I don't have a doctor. what a poorly developed app. Also requires that I have a separate login for another system, why would I want to jump through extra hoops for less functionality?

Great app helps me keep track of my health and see all my records that I have. Plus I can easily schedule an appointment and get reminders about appointments. Keeps me up to date on all my records and let's me know when I need to get any vaccines I need. Thanks swedish
If I could give 0 stars I would. I really need help right now and the app will not do anything but give me a loading circle when I try to open a video visit. Really unreliable and a waste of time
Love the shortened version of My Swedish Chart. Easy to use and if I need something more in depth I have the option of using the other version.
Worse than useless - verification codes do not work, finally managed to link the mychart account but the app has no dr, prescription or appointments data, birthdate is off by over 50 years - and no way to correct wrong information. Cannot even schedule online apparently, just prints out a phone # to call - whats the point of the app again?
I live in Alaska, so being able to keep connected to my doctor is much easier with this app. I feel like I know what's going on and the medical personnel responds quickly as well!
It won't link to my chart. I am positive my login info is correct but it won't accept. I have logged out of the app several time but it still won't connect.
this app has been extremely valuable to me. I was hospitalized in late April and after my release this app allowed me to email mt GP abd 2 specialist with data they needed weekly to adjust my medications. It has really changed my care as I run into any issues
Terrible. I can't log into the actual website and i log into the app but cant read the message because it won't load at all

Dr. Dong-Mei Liu is the BEST!! She is so knowledgeable, patient, actually listens to your headache complaints & helps solve the problem. Highly recommend if you have migraines.
