The app is great, however the EFT payment option takes you to your banking app and when adding SS as a beneficiary, doesn't revert back to the app payment page. I had to start over again and still didn't work. I had to add my card, for a card payment.

I really love the App its fast and easy to use. There is room for improvement like notifications on when cut off time is to book a sweep clean, more information on the sweepstars skills (they can all clean, but what are their best cleaning skills, do they excel more in packing cabinets or ironing, instead of just saying pervious employers have said they are hard working and bubbly).

Convenient and easy to you. Would be nice to have a feature to chose 1 item, like when you need laundry services only

App stopped sending notifications a few months ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have reset preferences. But it does not work to sent pop up when sweep star arrives or leaves.

Easy to use and book. Please indicate Service Date on payments as reference. Seem to be deductions even when you cancel a public holiday on the app.

Absolutely poor service. What an awful first impression. If you want something done just rather do it yourself then waste time like this.

App is great. Love the flexibility and rates it offers. It's so unfortunate that many areas in Soweto do not have SweepStars available or it appears that SweepSouth has absolutely no presence in the area. How soon can we expect this to change or be improved?

App doesn't allow you to ONLY schedule 1 item for instance ironing. Also doesn't work well on wifi, have to be on mobile data to do booking or add payment or voucher. Also not easy to navigate. App does not provide directions for stars to use

Service is good, App is annoying. I enjoy using it and for the most part I've had good experience with the cleaners. My primary frustration is that there's no clear way in the app to turn off the annoying promotional push notifications and SMS's. Really don't need that in my life, all other decent apps have this option. It would also be good for their Sweepstars to be better trained on finding their way to the house, I often have to go out and wander the street looking for them!

Some truly fantastic cleaners, but have had a few that were not that thorough. Good experience overall. Very helpful support. Helps make my life much easier. The app is also easy to navigate and use. I'm kept updated on any changes and can choose a particular cleaner if I want. I was also given sweepcreds for bad service from a cleaner. I strongly feel their service deserves a chance

Great app if you need someone to come for a clean quickly. The fact that you have to pay for every service and every hour, however, makes it very expensive. It's much cheaper to have a private housekeeper for the whole day and for all cleaning tasks, rather than having them rush to get the job done in the allotted hours and only doing certain tasks. Most initially clean very well, but eventually don't clean properly. Almost all of them hinted for more hours and extra money.

The service that Sweepsouth provides is very good, however the app is very difficult to navigate when trying to book a new cleaning service. Book button doesn't show up that allows me to book after all the selection, and the setting up home address, it doesn't allow me to confirm. You can't edit your credit card details if you made a typo.

The app is not user friendly. My bookings from disappear with no reason or notification, then I am unable to rebook the same sweepstar into the cancelled slot. The standard of service is shoddy at best. Aside from the no-shows, late arrivals and early departures being logged and charged for as a full session, the quality of cleaning is superficial and incompetent. Clearly no training is provided for the appropriate use of cleaning products and electrical appliances. Very disappointed.

App only works if they send you messages, when you want to access app it always freezes from your side. It can get really frustrating because even if you submit a report nothing changes. I'm surviving on screen shots to keep myself updated. Please fix your app SweepSouth. I'm sure it would be great if it could just stop freezing.

I really like the app and the sweep star I've been connected with. Everything is easy to use, and the recurring tip function is great as well. Kind of annoying that they're now sending out marketing push notifications without an options it turn them off in the app settings - I have a recurring booking, so none of them apply to me

The App is very limited and does not allow one to communicate real time with the company. E.g. when the person I booked became unavailable and I didn't want them to send an alternative SweepStar and I preferred to rather cancel the booking, I couldn't do this on the App. I had to call the customer number which doesn't make sense.

it's a great app but the helpers cancel a lot at the last minute leaving you stranded with no backup. so I think they should always be a standby or 2 for such things. call center is not that friendly either because I spent up to 20 minutes waiting for the next available agent, but still that jingle of theirs. so that needs to be worked on too...

I like the app, used it twice to book. Great service. But please please please enough with the notifications and emails!!! I don't want multiple emails every day. Notifications on my phone all the time telling me to book a clean. Thinking of deleting and cancelling my account because it's driving me crazy.

The app is great, however, I think the way in which vouchers are handled is pretty dumb. Why is it that I cannot just capture a voucher code to my account and assign it to a specific booking that already exists, esp for people with repeat bookings on their accounts. Every time there's a voucher and I try to redeem it, I have to make a new booking to be able to redeem the voucher, when I already have upcoming repeat bookings I'd just like to assign the voucher to. Please look into that, it's a flaw in the design. Otherwise great app and great service.

Excellent Love the vouchers.. However amendment must include vouchers used.

I really enjoy using the app. The ladies have also generally been extremely good - with the exception of one who cut corners - although I understand this is generally out of control of the service provider. I think it would help to let future customers see previous reviews and be able yo state (as post-setvice review) the strengths of each housekeeper is. I love that the app allows me to book even last minute (late afternoon before the day)!
