Love this app so much,have had it for a while. It is very sad to see this and your other apps go. I almost cried when I read the news. In all honesty the first otome games I have ever tried to play when I was younger where made by you guys. Its been a long journey and you guys have advanced so much. Thank you for working so hard to make these apps the best.
I had to transfer my data because my old phone broke, but an error keeps popping up when ever I get to the main page.

Its alright. The characters and their stories are really good. But I never get any tickets, I log in everyday and I don't get anything. Please fix this Voltage.
This app crashes too many times. I also can't get in the app, it's to the point where it's really annoying.
Its good to play untill recently I cant open the apps..it goes black everytime I open the apps...please fix this
Awesome but please fix the bugs and had more stuff i log in everyday and the thing starts back to day one. I never get any tickets or anything
@voltage please FIX the bug ,I can't change the guys,they are very handsome but this app shows the head of the character ONLY, it is quite scary,like aliens...

This is ridiculous 😠...... I changed my mobile..... And installed this app again.... But this app doesn't give me my data..... I tried enter the app ID but it shows invalid code..... How can this possible..... It happens to me twice.. 😠😠
I worked hard collecting stories and such through this app, but since getting a new phone, my experience has gone south. I wanted to transfer my account to my new phone, but the bottom code to transfer is cut off. I consulted with Voltage support only to have no reply after sending screenshots of what I am experiencing. It is frustrating to spend hard earned money on their stories to have it ruined by lousy customer support.
The application won't open, it keeps on saying "An error occured" then it'll ask me to close the app and open it again, I've been doing this for the nth time now. I even uninstalled it and installed again, but it still won't work. Please help fix this issue, I've been a big fan of Voltage games for so long and even spent money to play your games, so please...
I'll give you 1 star for now because the app stops for unknown reason. I already tried clean my cache, restarts my phone many times that I am able to throw my phone because I was pissed off. This is the reason why I didn't purchase any of the voltage story on my phone. Please fix this soon. I am hoping for the feedback!
i am playing this for a quite long time now and i really like it :) peeking into different games and their scenarios and playing the coin drop game...all good! BUT i sincerely wish them to update the coin drop stories (add new ones) and the images!!! AND for the Be My Princess 2 section, i would like having more Prince Aslan stories (there are literally none of his, adding one to the coin drop stories or even a special image of him would be fine :)) ♡
I just changed phones and used my transfer ids but it said an error occurred. All it says is to log out. My new phone is the exact same as my last one so I don't know what is going on.
Installed this app when it first came out. Had all the stories, and pictures, etc. Eventually got a new phone, and transfered data. It was ok for 1 day. All my old info was there. Then, when I went to open the app again on the second day, I continuously got an "error occurred " message, and had to close the app. I waited a few days, restarted my phone, and then tried to open again only to keep getting the same error message. Uninstalled, reinstalled, but the transfer link no longer works, so my data is gone forever. Very disappointed. Not worth the headache. Uninstalling for good.
Well its ok most of the game is working but the dialogue of characters for the main screen doesnt show it just shows a bubble and when i press an icon to see how much tickets a story costs its just says something about multiple errors is it a bug maybe? Well whatever it is i hope it gets fixed soon
