SweetBeat HRV

The next big trend in bio-hacking is understanding the relationships between different metrics. By analyzing HRVand Stress in real-time. SweetBeat HRV provides a deeper dive into health and provides insight into what activities you engage in that effect the health metrics you care about.
IMPORTANT: SweetBeat HRV requires external hardware:A tested Bluetooth Low Energy Heart Rate Monitors along with Android version 4.4 or greater. While they work well for heart rate, wrist worn heart rate monitors are not accurate enough for HRV and so are not supported.

NOTE:
- This version does not link to TrainingPeaks presently but it is coming soon.
- There is no on-line calendar support for this version.
- There is no sharing through email, Facebook or twitter.
- There is no food or correlation feature.

•Please visit www.BeatHealthy.com for a list of compatible Heart Rate Monitors.

SweetBeat HRV has two main components:•Monitor Stress•HRV for Training

Monitor Stress: With SweetBeat HRV, you can see your stress levels in real time, giving you the ability to take action to reduce stress. SweetBeat’s Relax screen prompts you with a deep breathing screen that includes calming images.

The monitor stats screen more widely referred to as the “geek” screen, shows all the metrics being measured.

HRV For Training: In competitive sports, improved performance is often affected by alternating periods of intensive training with periods of relative rest. SweetBeat HRV measures HRV, an objective measure of your body’s response to each workout and provides training recommendations based on the morning reading.

SweetBeat Features:

•Save and upload sessions to your secure account at www.BeatHealthy.com. •View your raw RRs, Stress, HRV, HR and HRV for Training graph with pinch and zoom graphs. •Watch in real-time your HRV, HR, LF, HF, Stress Score along with session quality.•Measure your HRV every morning using HRV for Training and receive recommendations on your recovery state. •Capability to view sessions both saved on the server and on your device.

extremely disappointed with this app. it keeps disconnecting my polar h10 chest strap even though ive kept my phone on me and in front of me, and then the session data to that point isn't stored. lost multiple sessions. extremely disappointed with it's lack of reliability in both getting and keeping the data.

This app for android is not useful. I have done an HRV session for 5 days. I am not getting an exercise recommendation, told not enough sessions. I do not see how to use the recovery session after exercise. So basically this app is useless.

I have paid money and installed this app, but it doesn't find my Polar H10 when scanning. It scans endlessly and doesn't find the HRM. I want my money back!

One of the best HRV apps available for those in the know. Researched by a team that understand the significance of heart rate variability and it shows here. Their understanding of power levels in the lf and hf frequency domains is lacking in most other hrv apps. This is without doubt the best of its kind and the only one I trust . It's the only one that agrees with how I am feeling, ie whether I am feeling stressed and low or chilled and happy, sweetbeat shows the results that I expect .

Purchased the app last Friday. Have not been able to create a user. Keep getting an error. Sent emails, message on Facebook page and still have not heard back. I am ready to uninstall and get my money back. As of now I would say there is no Customer service. VERY disappointed

Interface is not intuitively designed; app fails to generate reading - screen is not updated after session is started (this is a recent development since early June 2017 on Samsung S7). There is a substantial question about the merit of the ratio between LF and HF in HRV assessment, which seems to be the basis of this app's reports. Poor interface design, minimal documentation of the calculations, and irregular actual app function, coupled with no response from email to support@ result in my low review.

Downloaded based on Ben Greenfield podcast with Jo Beth. Android version is so antiquated compared to iOS. You shouldnt offer this if you're not going to keep it at or at least close to parity. No update since 2016?!

Great app but hopefully it gets updated soon as it's lacking compare to the iOS version...

While the interface is not as good as the iOS version, it finally uploads to Training Peaks, so I can finally start using it again. I wish it would have some more graphs of HRV data. Heres to hoping they continue to work on features for Android.

I have tried seven or eight times to set up an account and it never ever works. I deleted it started over and have never been able to even set up an account to get started.

Really raw and unintuitive, doesn't integrate with the website, limited information. I get error messages a lot, and lost 1 month of data that disappeared on the server? Hopefully they improve quality.

I was looking forward to the Android version of this but it's just not ready for prime time. Difficult to figure out how to use, UI is incredibly clunky, and had a hard time connecting to my tickr x. Sticking with elite hrv for now.

This android version is terrible compared to the iPhone one. It crashed in the first 5 minutes. The graphics are terrible. I hope they get this Droid version to be comparable to the iPhone one and I'll be sure to download again.

Disappointed. Not very intuitive setup. Could not even pair my Wahoo Tickr. Waited 2 years for the Android version. I'm app support is severely lacking.

Really? I could not make it less intuitive if i tried. Impossible to understand how to use it, and looks very unprofessional. Also BT connection doesn't work half the time
