The chat service is not working. It keeps on loading. To chat i have to go to the website of sweet escape to chat with the customer support and not thru the app

i had a very bad experience with a photographer that is not a time-flexible guy. he is not a full timer, can only take before or after working hours, made me lost my 150$ for nothing, and unrefundable. so sad with this apps. becareful guys..

Its a nice App. But i didnt receive any notification when the photogapher leave me message so it a little bit trouble when i have to chat with him

Thanks Nab the manager for cancelling our appointment in the US. First they informed theres a change of photographer, then cancelled 3 days prior because of covid situation. Everyone everywhere has this problem but handle it professionally pls. Beware of these guys, we booked weeks prior, spent thousands of $ to fly, MUA, hotels for nothing but apologies thru chat. Asked them at least to CALL me to explain, CS didn't even bother. LOL what a joke hati2 Pikir2 dulu guys sebelum book. Hahaha
The service is too expensive when compared to the results. After the editing from SweetEscape, the resolution of the photos just dropped significantly and they are similar to the photos taken from phone (only around 3MB). They even charge more money for extra low-res photos. Not worth it.
