Decent service but massively letdown by the app. The app is clunky, ugly, unintuitive, underwhelming and as basic as it can possibly be. As a member, I would expect it to be one of those apps I would want to open all of the time to browse and analyse, even if I'm not going for a surf, but the thought of opening it just irks me. The app screams "this is the result of hiring the cheapest developer and paying them half of what they asked".

I'm paying for a subscription and assume d the app would work. I was wrong. The app doesn't remember the 'saved' reports and cams and alerts me many times with "unidentified error". Please fix it.

I have called and left messages for the past 5 months. I just want to cancel my subscription as I no longer use the app. I have spoken to someone every time and they assure me that it will be cancelled, only to be charged again and again. I don't know what else I can do???

As others have stated, app doesn't remember login after you restart your phone or similar therefore you open it and your saved cams and reports don't come up. Honestly quicker to use your browser with the website...

Good cameras and service but very poor quality app Hard to navigate, does not remember surf spots I recommend using the website instead until a proper app is in place

Great app to get a forecast of your local break. It does unfortunately freeze regularly.

Constantly crashes and full of bugs. Needs an overhall.
