This app is trash. Can't punch in or out regardless of location, no longer getting notifications or messages; therefore, it cost me the opportunity to pick up shifts and make extra money. And before swept gives me the "up to date" or phone settings excuse, the app has been installed several times , phone settings have been checked. It's the app.
Needs more. This app would be great if you could see the hours you worked for the week. It's stupid that you cant. It's not very user friendly. if your shift starts at any 11:45 but you cant check in till midnight you cant just go to your schedule, you have go find the location and check in. If you forget to check in there is now way to edit it. This is ridiculous!! I like that you can add supplies, and notes for locations, otherwise it's kind of worthless.
Read the small print! You have to give them 30 days notice to cancel. Why? I don't know. I gave them plenty of notice (10 days) and they still charged me $80 even though we no longer use the app. I switched to TSheets because of their ability to integrate with QuickBooks. Swept does not. It is user friendly, and they're customer service is great, but, I left feeling ripped off and punished for switching to an app that better served my company. Because of their greed, I can only give them 2 stars.
Changed phones, can no longer access my account. It keeps telling my my login info is incorrect when it has not changed......ever.
Disappointed. I don't get notifications of employees not clocking in or messages unless I keep the app open at all times. It would also be helpful if they put in a alert or vibration setting to notify employees when they are clocked in that location, so when they go out of the geofence they get reminded they didn't clock out. Also would be helpful to have "task" assignments for each cleaner per the cleaning instructions with a check box for them to mark when completed. App needs work to help us.
Cant see my time sheet at all if they can fix it i will give 5 stars. I have and Android phone and i think needs to be fixed where u can see your hours to thats the only two things i dont like they get fixeds ill give 5 stars until then only one
We Love Swept! For years we had Chrono-Tek. Swept is great for time keeping. with a beautiful Interface. GPS Tracking is definitely on point. But they offer so much more a great way to do inspections and to keep in touch with clients and employees. keeping all that on a app. Makes business less personal. It has also been a great selling point. And we have closed 90% of our deals since using them. Thanks Swept! only thing i would recommend is that the messaging be more like Facebook
I use this for work. Before the update it was easy to use and had a simple layout. Post update its near unusable and very confusing the notifications don't take me the app, I can't check messages, it crashes and disconnects regularly. I only still use this because I literally get paid to
Worked great for the first few months of use. Now it crashes upon initialization. i have to delete the app and re-install it just for it to open. Then restart my phone. After about 30-45 minutes, i end up repeating the process.
Newest update adds most annoying pop up bot everytime I log in. It can't be disabled and makes a noise for some reason, which mutes whatever music is playing. Needs to be able to be disabled or I will be recommending my company changes to a different app.
Samsung s7. the app is so slow it is actually costing me pay. I have 3-4 places I have to clock in to each night and this app literally takes MINUTES to do anything. since my employer made me switch to this app I have been consistently losing 5+ minutes each night, multiply that by six nights a week and I am losing significant money AND time just trying to clock in. took me 20 minutes to try and order supplies last night, only to have it fail. respect your employees. don't make them use this app!
the app works well. in some regards i wish it had the functionality of the website but thats ok. the one problem i have is my screen is to small so when u click on a person who is clocked in, i cant read when they started. i have to go to the website.
I'm a business owner and it helps track time, connect with my employees and customers and track supplies. I'd recommend it to any commercial cleaning company with 50 or fewer employees. it's great for small business owners. it has some glitches, but the Swept team has worked to resolve them. great customer service.
this app need a massive rework, too buggy and slow. you have to touch like 20 times just to clock in and the supplies list doesn't scroll down, I know it not my phone I got the galaxy s9+. please fix your app
Before update it was good, after update it totally sacks. I'm inside my building, trying to clock in q d it tells me I am not inside the geo fence....what's a guy gotta do, go into the dang walls??? How much closer to the building can I be than INSIDE OF IT. Before update could clock in from back of parking lot, now, can't at all. Garbage
It's great. I can see my schedule. Clock in and out. Leave messages. Get notifications of shift changes. Check my time card. Order supplies. No issues
App says location not found and you have to screw with it for 20 mins before it shows up. Before the last update it worked fine. Why screw up what was a perfectly working app.. annoying...
Something is wrong with the app i can only see this current pay check hours on my timesheet section. It allows you to go back but only shows the current payperiod. Please help i need to be able to track my hours and pay! Thank you
My app has not worked since the update, I can't even contact support by phone or email. I have to text my boss to sign in or out now. It's terrible.
This "update" sucks! How can i not be within the geofence when im INSIDE of the building?! Used to be able to clock in as soon as i hit the parking lot. Dont get me started on clocking out and it showing im late when im clocked in lol
App works well on my wife's IPhone, but not on my Droid device. The buttons will not respond when I try to touch screen and app freezes up often.
This app sucks. I forgot to sign out and didn't realize until I got to the next job site. I had to drive all the way back to the first job site just to clock out. Making me late for the next place. -5 STARS 🖕🖕🖕🖕
Freezes uses alot of data hard to log in full of glitches. Nice concept but needs improvement

Doesn't work on my Droid device. I tried 4 different internet connections and it kept saying I had no internet connection. So, how am I supposed to login at work??
Since last update will not stop saying "service unavailable" every few seconds when I have full connection and 5G. Extremely annoying when trying to sign in and out work.
