DONT DOWNLOAD ANY OF THESE VIEWERS! I tried this one It didnt work not to mention the amount of things it needed access too, I've looked everywhere theres no secure swf viewer on here.
says its only for older phones and may not work properly. real pity didnt work on my samsung galaxy a30 running android 9.0
Useless. Can't even access SD card. Fails to play even the sample files.

It worked. however I wish the player itself was a bit higher quality. the screen was small, blurry and hard to interact with. Maybe that's on my phone though, the thing is ancient
